Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burner available locally. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £125.. Tucked away in the busting town of Wells-next-the-Sea, you won’t be disappointed with what the location of this semi-detached cottage has to offer. The property has parking facilities for two cars. You are within walking distance from multiple shops, restaurants, pubs, fish and chip shops and ice cream parlours. The famous sandy beach is only 1¼ miles away, with a seasonal mini train that takes you from the quayside to the beach. When you arrive to the beach you will notice a crazy golf course and more family fun activities. The harbour is practically on your doorstep, which offers sailing and crabbing.

There’s a bus stop close to the cottage, which will transport you along the coast to many other coastal towns, perfect for families looking to explore Norfolk’s coastline.

The village of Holkham is only 2 miles away and The Royal Sandringham Estate is only a 30-minute drive. The nearest city is Norwich which is 30 miles away, offering shopping centres, museums, a theatre and a football stadium. Beach 1¼ miles. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant 500 yards.

Fantastic property, very clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for a weekend away.

We have had a really lovely stay in September Cottage. The Cottage was perfect and very well equipped. It is situated near to all the amenities and the sea. Would love to come back to visit more of Norfolk. Thank you.

The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving.

The only issue with this cottage is the information is slightly deceiving. I picked this cottage because it said there was an enclosed garden which I wanted because we took a dog, it didn’t say it was across the court yard and not attached to the house. But the cottage itself was lovely well equipped and close to the cafes, pubs and shops.

Very nice stay in Wells

Property is perfectly situated in Wells and very simple to find in the Town. Has all the amenities needed, comfortable. There is a small garden separate to the property with table/chairs etc which was great for us as weather was lovely. As the description says probably not ideal if you have anyone in party with limited mobility as stairs are steep and narrow. Wells itself is lovely with good puns and restaurants and a selection of cafes and independent stores. The Globe pub was a particular favourite with very good food. Would visit again. Many thanks.

We had a lovely 5 day break here in September.

We had a lovely 5 day break here in September.Great location being only a few minutes walk from shops and seafront. We really enjoyed our holiday here and would stay here again. House was really clean. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy sitting room. It was great to have onsite parking and could have managed without using the car if we hadn’t wanted to explore wider Norfolk. Being a very old property in need of a couple of small areas being repainted (downstairs loo and staircase walls).Two loos but only one bathroom with shower over bath. Fine for just two of us but could prove an issue if fully occupied with 6 people. Would need a bathroom rota!Lovely bedrooms. Bed iwas super comfy and we slept really well but would have liked to have had mattress and pillow protectors on the bed. Would have given 5 stars but for the couple of minor things mentioned above.

Lovely cottage , excellent location

Cosy, comfortable, welcoming. Our only issuues were a very stiff key safe..we took a few minutes to open it! and rather noisy heating when the bathroom and adjoining bedroom radiatots were turned on. Neither impacted our great enjoyment of the cottage!
