Comfortable studio located in central London, SW1, close to all London attractions. Pimlico, Westminster, St James Park and Victoria stations only minutes away. This spacious room comprises a small double bed, seating sofa for 2, big screen tv with Netflix, desk for your laptop and dining table (folded). Windows overlooking to the terrace with plants and a green street. This is a listed Grade 2 Victorian block of flats, with no lift. The flat is on the 3rd floor. The area is very safe. Studio included a small kitchen with all facilities and a small fridge for your use on the counter. There is a filter kettle so you don't need to buy drinking water. I don't have a microwave, instead I use oven. Located by the river Thames, 1 min from the Tate Britain, the first Tate in England. There is a boat station CLIPPERS, (3 minutes walk) offers a comfortable alternative to a traditional transport. This is another way to observe London from the Thames! Whether you’re heading to a particular spot or just coming along for a ride, you’ll always get the best view of London’s most popular landmarks from the river. Big Ben, the London Eye, the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and The O2 are just some of the many attractions overlooking the banks of the Thames. Walking distance to all famous attractions - Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Parliament and Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, West End and Covent Garden. Please be in mind, as it is my main residence, it is for rent only when I am away. It is full of my private things but it has the clothes rail and storage puffs for your use. Please book ONLY if you like the photos and my style. This place is not for a minimalists. Again, there is no lift, don't complain please 😉

Our host Natalia was so sweet and such a great communicator!! The location of this flat was in the best place with everything in walking distance including access to the tube and bus stations and cafes and pubs! Also in easy walking distance from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye!
Miss Natalia is a warm and inviting host. This is her personal home when she stays in London. Its an artists home. It is exceptionally clean. Perfect for two people to hang their hats at night. It is close to the Pimlico Underground. Quiet neighborhood and safe neighborhood.
Awesome apartment in a central, yet peaceful, location
A brilliant stay at Natalia’s place. Great communication (quick response & helpful tips), apartment location (quiet suburb & close to Pimlico underground) and a very homely comfy apartment - all made for the most perfect stay.
My son and I stayed here while touring London. It was a comfortable experience. The location is a 5 min walk to the Pimlico station which was very convenient and within a few minute walk of Westminster Abbey. The host was quite accommodating and very nice. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in the middle of all the London action, I highly recommend it. Natalia went out of her way for us and I'm very grateful to her for that!
We loved how close the place was to the Victoria line. Plus walking distance to Big Ben and Westminster. It was both different and cool to see how someone lives in London. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Thank you Emily for choosing my apartment and thanks a lot for your kind words!
We are used to larger facilities but this was very cozy and clean. There was a balcony with a great view. Natalia was a great host and very polite as well. If I would change anything I would add a microwave. If you are looking for a location close to all the large site seeing attractions then this was ten minutes or less from those.
This flat is easy walking distance to the Tube and a bunch of sights in downtown London. As mentioned there are a few flights of stairs but once you are in the flat is quite inviting and homey. I greatly enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

Good location but that is about it
Extremely small space that was made even smaller by tons of clutter. Creaky furniture, poor bedding so much so that I had to purchase my own, and dirty bathroom. A good portion of of the space was blocked off from the renter. What's the fall was the bathroom with lots of mold broken tiles and unstable shower that kept falling off.

Hi, I was talking to some of your representatives about the last guest, I need to report him as a pedophile. 60s years old man sleeping in the same bad with a teenager?
I need to send you the photos of my flat, how they left it - chewing gums on the floor, rotten food, rubbish, washing clothes on tv!
You can see the other reviews 4-5 stars, the same flat, but different people.
My daughter and I were able to briefly step into the life of an artistic Londoner when Natalia opened her home. This is not an average rental; we were literally welcomed into someone’s living quarters for our stay which added an interesting, unique, and authentic travel element. The location is safe, the nearby gallery is so peaceful, and the attractions and events are all within a few kilometres, making an easy commute by bus or scenic walk. It was a wonderful experience!

Dear Jen, thank you so much for your kind words! Glad you had great holiday
All the best, Natalia
Nice, quiet area next to children’s school. Walk to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, businesses. Well-supplied. No check-in information given until I asked for it the day before check-in, but Host responded promptly and clearly to communication after that. Narrow hallway and galley kitchen could be problems for large people, but not for us small people.

Disappointing
Bear in mind that this is the host’s home. Host provided water, fruit, and cookies. 12 min walk to Abby, Big Ben, and Parliament. Bed was comfortable but no top sheet just comforter (washed between renters and owner??).
Cons: Pics do not reflect true condition of apt. So much more furniture and clutter!! Hard to walk even down hall. No place to put suitcase or clothes. A clothes rack provided near bed.
Bathroom also cluttered w/stuff. Hand held shower ready to break from wall. No shower curtain.
Kitchen is just as cramped w minute prep space. Small dorm size refrigerator provided.
WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN!
Definitely not a terrace provided.

This is not a hotel, and it was clearly said THAT it is my own property, which I love, and pictures reflects the reality,
You should choose something else instead of leaving nasty reviews.

Great location…
Property was easy to find and the location was great. There are a number of stairs to climb, which was no issue for us, but may be for some. The photos were a good guide, however reality saw the property itself quite cluttered and difficult to move through. The host clearly lives here and all her belongings remained for the duration of our stay, which was a little strange for us. The kitchen is very small but functional and well equipped. The oven does not work to its full potential and cooking on the stove top easily sets off the smoke detector. The shower has no curtain to stop water from splashing everywhere when used and water temperature was initially difficult to regulate, but it did work. The bed was comfy, though pillows could be replaced. There are good corner stores and a good pub very close by…as well as all forms of transport with the tube very handy. It is also any easy walk to the riverfront and other London attractions. We feel it was reasonable value for money and we enjoyed our stay here.

Good location and Price
First, a few items I would note. This flat is lived in and rented however not a full time VRBO. Clearly this is the renters apartment, and she vacates when she rents it. The bed is small. I was glad I was alone and not with my wife. We would have trouble with two of us, however it was comfortable. The shower is quirky, being difficult to get the right water temp and no shower curtain. Lastly, third floor and only stairs.
Now that the things you might want to know are out of the way, let me share what I liked.
1) location. Quick to Pimlico station and neighborhood has some good pubs. And a 20 minute walk to buckingham palace/westminster abbey
2) felt nice to be in a non-sterile flat. Lots of eclectic art and just felt more like a local
3) easy check in and communication with flat owner, and she even had some chocolate, water and a couple pieces of fruit for me
There is a lot of stuff in the small apartment, as it is lived in. It was clean, though felt like I was staying in someone’s personal flat, which might be awkward for some

Thank you for your response.
It is in my ad that it is my apartment and it doesn't have a lift. Also it is saying about a small double bed. What is a point to repeat it? I have nothing to hide.
And I have explained you how to use shower as well. It is not a hotel. I don't like curtains. You better to book a hotel next time

About the host

Dear guest, welcome to my flat! I hope you enjoy your stay. This is not a hotel, it is my residential property, where I live, and I rent it only when I am away. I am a designer and inspired artist, there are a lot of pictures on the walls. Please don't book if you are a minimalist or don't like what you see. There are plenty of the hotels around)))
Why they chose this property
I love my flat, it is a perfect location for me! I got a membership at The Tate gallery, and I like to walk along The Thames.
What makes this property unique
The location! It is central, and it is safe. Walking distance to the Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Covern Garden.
