This beautiful villa in Provencal style with private heated swimming pool is located on
100 m from the La Nartelle beach. In the port of St. Maxime you can catch the ferry to the fashionable Saint Tropez, where there is a market every Tuesday and Saturday. You can go there in just fifteen minutes.

The villa, with electronically controlled gate, is 5 minutes on foot from the beach of La Nartelle. You can park your car inside the gate, where there is room for at least 3 cars. Around the corner you can take the municipal shuttle bus to the center of
St. Get Maxime.

The villa is beautifully situated; You can enjoy the luxury of this property here in complete privacy. At the level of the swimming pool there is an elongated, covered terrace at the front as well as at the rear, where you can enjoy your rest at all times of the day.

There is a living room with a modern open kitchen on both the lower and upper floors. This layout makes the house extremely suitable for the stay of two families. A television with satellite channels is available in the living rooms. The kitchens are fully equipped including an American fridge with ice maker.

Three of the five bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. These three rooms have a double bed of 160 cm wide and there is a master bedroom with bathroom en suite, followed by a large dressing room. A common spacious modern bathroom with shower is available for the other two rooms. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed 180 cm wide and one with two single beds 90 cm wide. On the landing there is an extra bed that is also 90 cm wide. Also here is a very nice spacious bathroom with whirlpool for shared use.
