Tio Charles has the attractive appearance of a traditional Andalusian white village and it is centrally located in a quiet location, just 900 meters from the centre of the famous Benalmádena Pueblo white village. Malaga Airport is 20 minutes away.
The apartment is nicely furnished and contains everything that you need for a lovely holiday. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet, large kitchen, living room and lots of terrace space on both floors, catching both morning and daytime sun.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room containing a dining area (with extendable table) and a cosy sofa area with smart TV so you can bring your own subscription to logon into Netflix etc. From the living room you have a direct access to a large private terrace with a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace contains garden furniture, sunbeds, dining table with parasol and a BBQ gas grill that you can use freely.
The 2 bedrooms are both located on the 1st floor:
1st bedroom: Contains a double bed and a large wardrobe. The room has direct access to a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace has a compact dining table and sun loungers and it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or read a book in the shade in the afternoon.
2nd bedroom: Contains a double bed and a wardrobe. The room has a French balcony and access to a small closed terrace where it is possible to put up an extra bed.
It is also possible to make the living room sofa to a sofa bed, which makes for a total of 7 sleeping places, but not more than 4 adults.
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.
From the apartment you have direct access to the beautiful communal garden with 2 swimming pools. The main swimming pool is close to the apartment and has breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coasts of Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola. The pool area has a large sunbathing lawn with sun beds, parasols, showers and toilets. A varied selection of water toys found in the apartment is freely available for children.
The pool area is accessible from mid June to mid September.
Your beloved pet, a dog up to 7 kg, is welcome. A pet fee will be applied.
There is a small diner called “Delicatessen” within the community. It is open during the day and offers a simple but tasty lunch etc.
Under the complex is an underground parking garage with a private parking space for your car.
Children's playground is just 150 meters away from the Apartment.
At 900 meters from the apartment, in Benalmádena Pueblo, you will find dozens of restaurants, bars and terraces, all kinds of shops, a few ATM machines etc. Some good restaurants are The Lilak Tree, El Muro, La Fuente, La Perla, Longhorn del Sol, and lounge bar La Cupula. Worth seeing are the church Iglesia de Santo Domingo de Guzman, the Castillo Monumento Colomares, the butterfly garden Mariposario de Benalmádena and the Buddha temple Stupa de la iluminación.
Aldi supermarket is within walking distance 1km away.
The area is used by many golfers and there are several golf courses within short distances. The nearest is Torrequebrada Golf. The golf bags and clubs found with the apartment are freely available.

A very nice urbanization and a house well according to the description - just a bit dated. We had a great time. The area is very hilly - a car is neeed to get around.
Fabulous views, Rincon rent ,the agents looking after the property were excellent,we stayed for 60 days ,and loved it ,bus 103 near the stupa takes you to the centre .Uber taxis around 13 euros to the port

Dejlig lejlighed. Super skøn udsigt fra den ene terrasse. Der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Meget pænt og velholdt område.
Der manglede et par hynder til solsengene på den store terrasse.
