Beautiful villa with swimming pool very close to the beach of Hotel Illa D'Or.

The villa is located in Puerto Pollença in the urbanization Can Singala, right next to the Hotel Illa D'Or, 2 minutes walking distance from the sea. The centre of the port can be reached by a beautiful promenade along the famous Pine Walk. There you can find, besides exquisite restaurants, a wide variety of things to do; we recommend an excursion to Formentor, renting a motorboat to enjoy the unspoilt beaches that still exist or simply strolling and shopping.
Our clients highlight the tasteful decoration, the tranquillity of the urbanisation and the attention we offer as hosts. It is the perfect choice for a perfect holiday, ideal for families with children and adults.
Our villa is a small house from the 70's that we recently renovated in a contemporary style. It is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, spacious terraces for pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful and large swimming pool (7m x 3m x 1,8m), which ensures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan.
You can walk to the beach with the children and when you come back you can enjoy the swimming pool. The villa, as you can see in the photographs, is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, a large terrace that will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful swimming pool that assures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan. The villa has TV with TDT, Satellite TV and high speed WI-FI Internet connection. All this at a competitive price if we compare it with villas in the same area and with swimming pool.

The location of the villa is perfect.... just near enough to town to walk in, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the suburb.The pool is well maintained and big enough. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, inside and out.

We had a lovely stay, Puerto Pollenca is very pretty. Location is ideal,short walk along the Pine Walk to many restaurants and shops. Great seating areas around the Villa, good views of the mountains and sunsets from rooftop area, quiet safe neighbourhood, pool a good size and private. Good communication from owners. This was our second stay in this wonderful villa and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean, and perfectly set up for us. Beautiful villa in quiet location just off Pine Walk

We had a fabulous two weeks in the villa, there is lots of space outdoors and a wonderful swimming pool. The location is on a quiet street just off Pine Walk so a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The owners were very helpful and the pool and villa was kept clean during our stay. We had a fabulous time and we hope to return soon!

Fantastic villa in a super location

Relaxing stay at villa with pool

We enjoyed a lovely week here - the kids swam all day and we took the Pine Walk along the water to delicious restaurants and gelato each night. The owners were always responsive. Highly recommend!

Great privat house with all the summer needs.

The villa was a little bit hidden away but in a very nice spot, Pollenca great near the sea. Decoration and atmosphere are really great and Spanish. All very neat and comfortable. Beautiful and pleasant pool and garden space around to fill in your evenings with a good glas of wine.

Absolutely beautiful villa with added bonus of private pool. Roof terrace plus 3 other seated/lounging areas! Tastefully and carefully decorated. Owners are outstanding: we arrived to the water supply going off for our week! Miguel and Cati came twice a day to fill our tank. They did everything they possibly could: amazing hosts.

Villa Puerto pollensa

This is a lovely spacious villa with lots of outside areas to relax in . Loved the roof terrace especially at night time. Clean and well equipped. Personally it was a bit too far from the nearest restaurants with a walk of 25 minutes to the centre. But otherwise lovely Villa .

According to Google Maps The Restaurant "Laguna Bar and Pool" is 500m and 6minutes walk away. Hotel Illa d'Or's restaurant "La Terrassa" is 500m 6 minutes walk away. The restaurant "Store Deli & Bistro" is less than 600m 7 minutes walk away. Coral Restaurant and Pizzeria Voramar are 1.2km 14 minutes walk away. The restaurant "Ca'n Pescador - Puerto Pollensa" is 1,4km 17 minutes walk away. This is where the promenade starts and where there are many restaurants. And the Plaça Miquel Capllonch which is the centre of the village is 1,7km away in 21 minutes walking distance. As we have already told you the distances and walking times are taken from Google Maps.

Pretty house and grounds in quiet location

We wanted to stay in a comfortable property with our son, daughter-in-law and 6-month old grandaughter. Can Singala 52 is perfect; all the facilities needed (washing machine, dishwasher) but also pretty outside spaces and a lovely pool where all could relax. We really appreciated the peace of the location and proximity to beach and Pine Walk. It's a lovely property and we very much want to visit again. Miquel and Cati are wonderful hosts and we thank them for their speedy responses to any queries. Saludos!
