This place met all expectations. Overall, it was a great value and was centrally located to where we wanted to be. The home was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We highly recommend! We were in town for the opening day trout tournament.

Great stay
In Cherokee for 3 days to trout fish. Emily’s Place was a great place. House was very clean and comfortable. Not far from where we normally fish and just a few miles to town and restaurants. Very peaceful to sit on the porch and listen to the Raven’s Fork River, below. Had all the amenities that we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely will stay there again.

I am an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and have lived here most of my life. I was born and raised within a hundred yards of this home. I love nature and the outdoors and there is no better place to have these experiences than in and around Cherokee.

Why they chose this property

This was my mom's home. She passed away a few years ago but she loved the peace and quiet. What better way to honor her memory than to share with others what she loved so much.

What makes this property unique

Listen to the Ravens Ford River as you relax. Sit on the porch and watch the fire flies or gaze at the night sky. Decompress and relieve the stress. To me, this is what getting away is all about. Slow down the pace and take time to enjoy what makes you happy.
