Enjoy a gorgeous Beaver Lake View Right in Prairie Creek at The Blue Heron.

Feel at home in this gorgeous, one level, newly renovated treasure. You will enjoy the comfort and style you deserve for your vacation. Relax on the completely covered top balcony or the lower sun deck and enjoy the 180 degree view of Beaver Lake. There is a fire pit and a large Jacuzzi for you to enjoy the outdoors on the cold nights.

The master bedroom is elegantly done to be a private retreat for you to enjoy the view. It has a king-size bed for your comfort as well as a private bath. Each bedroom off the hallway also have there own unique decor along with very comfortable inviting King size beds with access to the hall bath. The bunk room has 1 double and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own large screen TV.

After a fun day on the water enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and having dinner alfresco style on the balcony. There is a nice dining table and chairs along with rockers and gliders to enjoy the steak you just prepared on the gas grill. Or eat inside at the large dining table, enjoying your view from the expansive wall of windows. Either way, you can always keep your eyes on the water. If cooking is not your thing there are many restaurants close by for you to enjoy.

Get cozy on the extremely comfortable extra large living room sectional with a throw and a nice fire in the wood stove as you watch a movie on the largest flat screen in the house. There is also a smaller sectional to relax on if you would rather stare at the water than TV.

For your convenience there is a washer and dryer and a two car garage with room for parking in the driveway as well. There is a lower drive way as well where you can park your boat trailer.

Putting your boat in the water is a breeze with Prairie Creek marina just a couple miles away and the HWY 12 launch ramp, which is even closer. You will be only 5 miles from downtown Rogers.

Great View!

Our family had an incredible week at this property. It has the most amazing view of Beaver lake. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the backyard daily, and the kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock in the afternoons. The house is stocked well and was exactly as it was advertised. The property is also very conveinently located with easy access to the lake and Rogers. We all agree this was one of our best VERBO experiences, exceeding our expectations!

My husband is an Arkansas native. We met in California where I am from and decided to raise are 3 children in Arkansas. We moved back to Rogers in 1992 and bought a lake house in 2001. We love the relaxing lake life. We had the opportunity to provide a bit of lake life for others by buying this house and opening it up for guests to come and enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Because the views are so fantastic and being right in Prairie Creek it is 5 miles from town. If like me you like to walk for exercise it is great because there are views around every bend.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of the stunning views and its prime location. You get to enjoy the lake and yet be minutes from Downtown Rogers to enjoy what it has to offer including jumping onto the green way with your bike. You will also be very close to Prairie Creek Marina which is just on the other side of the neighborhood and HWY 12 Bridge where in both places you can put your boat in the water.
