Check out this newly remodeled condo! We tried to think of everything you would need to have a wonderful vacation! The Unit sleeps 4 with a king size bed and a queen Murphy bed. The 2 full baths make it great when you have more than 2 people.

You can sit on your balcony during the day and the birds will fly by at eye sight. Most nights there are beautiful fireworks that explode right at your condo's level. It is like nothing you have seen before!

This is a beautiful high-rise condominium at Water's Edge Resort, with ALL the amenities. Close to all Myrtle Beach and area attractions. Pools(Inside and out), hot tubs(Inside and out), beach, sand and surf all just below your ocean vista. Relax on the private balcony or have a margarita in the ground floor lounge. Enjoy a quiet stay or take in the excitement of a theme show, Broadway at the Beach, golf, or a venue show, it's all right here and at affordable rates.

Make your memories in and around your own private condo on the beach. Feel secluded with 8th floor views and be protected with lighted garage and open parking, well lit elevators and security locks.

Cook your own meal in your full size kitchen or sample a bill of fair from one of the many restaurants and eateries in the nearby area. Free use of full size washer and dryer in your condo. The listing doesn’t do this place justice. Very clean and comfortable. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you should need within reason. Beautiful view. Very easy and quick access to parking and the beach. I saw other reviews complain but I feel that asking to wash/start washing your linens is completely reasonable! We visit Waters Edge often and will definitely return to Linda’s place. Thank you for sharing!

Immaculate and picturesque

I highly recommend this property. This one bedroom unit was immaculate and newly renovated with modern touches. The resort was quiet and well-maintained. The view was picturesque, especially during sunrise.

Best location on the beach!

We love Waters Edge! Spacious balconies, beautiful pool deck and walk right onto the beach. Easy walk to the Pier for some music and less traffic when you want to go to dinner. The room was updated and Linda was awesome to work with!

Nice Place, great location

Very nice condo. Flexible scheduling days. Great location. Bed was very comfortable and the condo clean. The only knock on it was the requirement to wash the bedding and towels before leaving or face penalty costs. Nothing too big and overall had a very good time.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As for the linens, most of the condos charge $100 for linens. We provide them free to all renters and just ask that they start the laundry before they leave. That was written in the information packet you received. That saves us from charging a higher cleaning fee if you can just start the washer. I hope that clears that up for all renters. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo.

Long weekend getaway

If you are looking for something right on the beach, clean, comfortable and relaxing then this is the place to be. If you follow the instructions that are emailed to you after booking then you should have no issues. If there are the host responds quickly and is very pleasant to work with. We loved our time here and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful oceanfront getaway

Easy online booking. Excellent communication experiences with our host. Condo was clean,well organized and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. We loved being able to eat breakfast on the balcony every morning with the sun coming up. Loved the fact we could hear the ocean and see it 24/7. Location was close to everything.

Long Weekend at the Beach

The condo was wonderful! As soon as we entered we noticed how clean everything was. The unit was exactly what we were looking for, just the right size and you can't beat the view! We received instructions from the manager prior to our arrival that explained everything we needed to know. Very upfront and very accurate! We had no issues at all and would definitely look to stay here again!

Can’t wait to come back!!

This was rented for Memorial Day weekend for a couple of family members and although the amenities of the resort are not yet open due to hurricane Ian the apartment was more than I could have asked for. Convenient, clean, great communication, etc… we would love if there was a new mattress in the bedroom the next time we stay!! See you next year!! 😀

Mother’s Day Visit

The unit was great. My only disappointment was the steps to the beach from the gazebo. All that new decking you would have thought they would have use s sort of polywood for the steps and railing. They have only been up a year and they are already showing wear to where splinters can start.

Thank you for the 5star review. As you noticed we have all new pool deck. When a hurricane hits the destruction is more than you can imagine. It cost millions to do the repairs. I'm not sure, but those stairs are probably not polywood because they get washed away so often and polywood is very expensive. I hope you will come back to this beautiful condo!

The door to the balcony was so hard to open that my wife couldn't even operate it. There was a note on the door saying to open slowly so didn't come off the track. I also had to pay two cleaning fees?! The elevators were both down part of the time we were there. The room itself is a very nice room.

Charles this is the first bad review we have ever gotten. I would like to address your issues. I made it very clear that you could call me for any problems. You didn't call me about the balcony door. You told me about it after your stay. I would have had it fixed immediately, if you had called me during your stay. Also, it was in your initial paperwork and posted on the refrigerator that we provide linens at no extra charge to you, as long as you help with washing them. We just ask that you put all dirty linens in a pile in near the washer and start a load. You did not do that. You were not charged 2 cleaning fees. Part of your deposit was kept to pay the person that had to stay extra long to do your linens. I am very sorry that you had these issues. Both could have been avoided. As for the elevators, that was out of my control. Sincerely, Linda

The best at Water’s Edge

This place was so great! Clean, excellently equipped and furnished , amazing view! The next time we come to Myrtle Beach, we will seek out this particular unit. The property manager was amazing, too! We had a little hiccup with wi-fi and she stopped by, in-person to get us sorted. Love that level of customer service

Great beach location

Awesome anniversary

Rental of unit 810 Waters Edge Resort

Murrell's Inlet Getaway

Vacationed 7/14-7/21 Enjoyed our vacation. Linda was very accommodating. Unit had everything that was needed. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Area was very tourist friendly with many dining establishments and things to see. I wasn't impressed with the beach outside of the condo though. Very small at high tide and everyone smoked. No matter where I sat someone was blowing smoke my way. Cleaning could use a little more detail. Toenail clippings found on the floor of the master bedroom the first day. And used cigarette butt on balcony along with some stains of a drink that had been spilled. Unfortunately, would not go back because of the beach conditions. Great unit though.

I would have taken care of it immediately had you asked. My cleaning staff is exceptional, but they can miss things from time to time. Our beach is one of those things that never pleases everyone. Some love it here because our building is so close to the water making for exceptional views. But when high tide comes up, we do have a much smaller beach. Beautiful sunrises guaranteed!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach front condo. It is decorated with a fun, beachy vibe. Linda was very responsive and accommodating. The location was close to Huntington State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and Murrells Inlet. We will definitely be back.
