About this property

The house is situated in the lovely fishing village of Ericeira which is very well known for its beautiful village center with an excellent choice of good restaurants, bars and shops. Relax in this great base for visiting all areas around Lisbon to Nazareth, and make the most of the amazing Atlantic air with a unique ocean aroma.

The Beach House is spread over 3 floors with a small garden and balcony. The views are amazing and sunsets are spectacular from our windows. The house is not a luxury house - just simple, comfortable and clean. With 8 bedrooms in total, a living / dining room facing the garden and a kitchen, there is everything you need for a restful stay. The house is set within a private condominium where there are tennis courts and a games room.

The house is at the top of Slaughterhouse Beach, the first beach to the north of the beaches of Algodio and S. Sebastião There are lovely walks along the top of the cliffs, the best waves in Europe at the World Surfing Reserve (we can organize surf lessons for you), tennis, squash, windsurfing, running routes ... what more can you want?
