Holiday home of a passionate family by the sea.

Although very close to the village center the villa is located in a new neighborhood very quiet.

Inside the house the sounds that most hear is the chirping of birds and the waves of the sea.

The house has about 300 m2 spread over 3 floors, which most delights in this house is the wonderful sea view and the wide doors where the sun comes in and lights throughout the house.

In summer it is wonderful to the outdoor dining leveraging existing barbecue and grassed area.

It is available all kinds of outdoor furniture to make the most of the sun Ericeira (loungers, big sun hat, tables, chairs, hammock, rocking chair).

Ericeira is great

And what makes it great is a great place to stay. We stayed for two weeks and used it as a base for exploring Ericeira and the beaches north and south. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and the house has the space and amenities to enjoy your vacation in the best way.

It was a wonderful time in Ericeira! The town is beautiful, but essential for our opinion are the houseowners. Manuela and Paulo made us feel very, very welcome :-) They gave us so many suggestions and so we felt very comfortable with it. Also the house is so great, it is so big and you will find everything you need! We think the price is absolutely great because you have a very high standard. Einfach toll!

Manuela und Paulo sind fantastische Gastgeber und alles ist genauso wie beschrieben! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Wenn man raues Wetter mag, ist man in Ericeira gut aufgehoben. Das Wasser ist nicht gerade warm und es herrscht ein ordentlicher Wind, doch dies nimmt nichts vom Zauber dieses Ortes weg! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!!

We loved staying here the house felt so homely light and spacious and the hosts Manuela and Paulo made us feel so so welcome- everything was thought of from what we might need to take to the beach to all the things needed in the house - wonderful location just a few minutes to the local restaurants beaches and wonderful hosts x
