The apartment is located in the city center, facing the sea and the Island of Elba.
The apartment, totally independent and very comfortable, is located on the 13th floor of the 71 meter "Torre Azzurra" building, which characterizes the city skyline.
It is completely renovated and furnished with all comforts and consists of: a large living room with large balcony with fantastic panoramic views of the sea and in particular of the Gulf of Follonica, a fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed on request, a second large bathroom with shower and washing machine. The heating is autonomous.
The high floor of the apartment allows you to enjoy excellent natural ventilation even on the hottest days.
Guests will find a welcome kit containing maps and guides of Follonica, as well as suggestions for all the interesting places to visit, events and beaches.

Schöner Urlaub im Zentrum und direkt am Meer!

Schöne große Wohnung mit 2 Bädern u. 2 Balkonen und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Zentral gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kein deutsch- oder englisch sprechender Ansprechpartner vor Ort, kein persönlicher Kontakt mit Eigentümer. Sammelsurium der Vormieter (Putzmittel, Schwämme, Gewürze etc.). Schränke vollgestopft (Decken, Wäsche, Geschirr etc.). Duschschlauch im Bad locker: spritzt in alle Richtungen.

Zentrale Lage in der Toscana, sehr nahe am Meer

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in interessantem Hochhaus, gute Sicht aufs Meer und ganz nahe am Strand. Da im Zentrum der Stadt ist es am Wochenende sehr lebendig.

Sehr gepflegtes Wohnen mit einer Traum-Aussicht!

Diese Wohnung liegt im 13.Stock eines 50 Jahre alten 21stöckigen Hoch-Hauses - welches aber gepflegt und gut verwaltet wird (mit Concierge). Dies Wohnung ist zwar auch schon älter, das macht aber nichts. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet-ebenso gepflegt. Man fühlt sich in dem mediterranen Ambiente der Einrichtung und mit den schönen Bildern an der Wand rundherum wie zu Hause... und kann bei schönem Wetter herrlich draußen sitzen und den Blick über die ganze Bucht von Follónica und auf Elba genießen. Die Küche ist klein, aber enthält das Nötigste, um selbst kochen zu können. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine! Dafür aber eine Waschmaschine , was bei einer Wohnung in Strandnähe noch viel wichtiger ist. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara...und Luigi (auf deutsch!) war perfekt! Vielen Dank für Ihren Rat und Hilfe bei einem technischen Problem mit dem Fenster, das wir dort hatten (das Haus ist eben schon älter). Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge gibt es zahlreich...interessant ist besonders, den Etruskern in Populonia zu begegnen (wen's interessiert!). Wir konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus im Meer baden gehen...wunderbar! Das Haus und der Ort sind nicht wirklich schön, aber die Lage ist super, es gibt alles vor Ort zu kaufen, lange Strandspaziergänge sind möglich....wir werden eines Tages gerne wiederkommen!!!

Beach Vacation

The location of this property was perfect and the views were amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, making a worry free vacation. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside was that it was a little loud at night with the windows open (for ventilation), but this is the price of being so close to the beach.

Schöne Tage in Follonica

Das Apartment ist angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht kann nicht schöner sein und wie im Inserat angegeben. Die Lage an der Promenade ist ideal und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen.
