This property is registered under the Andalusian Tourist board under the DECREE 28/2016 law. Registration number – VUT/MA/92630.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bright and spacious first floor south facing apartment. Freshly renovated and tastefully furnished, this property provides a perfect setting for a holiday. The large South West facing terrace offers amazing panoramic sea and pool views.
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
All amenities and the local beach are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar close by. Great choice for all age groups. This property also offers complementary WIFI and a selection of European internet TV channels.
The swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period mid-October to mid-May. From 16 May to 15 October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

Property nice and clean. Spacious and airy. Bed was comfortable. Desk in main bedroom was really appreciated, as one of us had to work

A weeks stay in Antares.
Very spacious apartment with lots of natural light and attractive internal furnishings. Large comfy bed and plenty of storage in the bedroom. Small but adequate kitchen with good range of appliances. When we arrived we found the kitchen and bathroom super clean.
The grounds and views were lovely and the pool area looked great although unfortunately it wasn’t open.
We would definitely consider staying in this complex again.
The cleanliness of the balcony was disappointing. Paint splatters on one of the chairs and on the tiled floor and a couple of dead looking plants on dirty surfaces. The sun blind was very ragged too.
The mattress cover on the bed was the wrong size so was continually slipping and no lamps or lights by the sofa. We believe this apartment is up for sale and this may account for this situation

The saloon sofa ´need to be changed as it’s not confortable at all due to usability.

- las almohadas y los colchones no son gran cosa, son muy blandos. Las almohadas las deberían cambiar por lo menos
