2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow with a sunny terrace within walking distance to the beach and all amenities. The accommodation is arranged on one level with direct access from the terrace to the manicured gardens and pool area (there are a few steps to the pool).

There is also a roof terrace with all day sun and lovely sea views.



There is air conditioning in the lounge area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the kitchen. Complementary WIFI is also provided along with internet television offering a selection on European channels.



Set in a pretty complex in Riviera Del Sol with a beautiful pool, tennis court and children’s play area.

300 meters to shops bars and restaurants and just 500 meters to the beach.



The pool is open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.



As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.



THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
