Wonderful!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful, the outdoor living space and pool were very well used. All the extra amenities at the house were awesome, we really appreciated to coolers for day hikes, the pool toys were unexpected. Great location, safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Rose Bowl Trip

Decided to fly into Vegas and drive to The Rose Bowl. The home worked out great. It was outside of town so got away from the craziness of the Strip, yet still close enough to go enjoy. The house was as described. Would definitely return.

Family time

Celebrated mom’s 74th birthday with family. Wonderful location . Easy drive to Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon. Enjoyed the BBQ. Pool is unheated- did not use

Wonderful trip

The house was great - loved the shower in the master bedroom!! Very comfortable furniture and beautiful backyard. Quiet neighborhood - very relaxing vacation.

We purchased this home as our vacation getaway from the cold Canadian winters. We love the heat, and all the excitement and amenities that Vegas has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The home is located in a great neighborhood, close to all amenities. Beautiful front yard view of Black Mountain, and back yard of the Las Vegas Strip and valley.

What makes this property unique

Totally private backyard and pool area for your exclusive enjoyment. Security cameras are located outside at the front door, side yard, pool area and patio area for your protection. Very quiet and lightly traveled street, fantastic neighbors. Pool heat can be turned on for an additional $50.00 a day.
