Perfect waterfront location

The rental is on the second floor and has a rental below. The terrace view is amazing and we spent a lot of time just basking in the panoramic views. Well equipped rental. It's a short car ride to San Vito Lo Capo where it's very busy and lots of people. It was great to have a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of San Vito. If we were to go to San Vito again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Tolle Lage, aber....

Wunderbarer Platz, aber die Dusche hat zu wenig Wasserdruck, es tröpfelt nur. Das Gartenfoto zeigt den Nachbargarten und es ist nur das Obergeschoss des Hauses, nicht das ganze Haus! Die Lage an der Felsenküste ist genial, man kann überall schwimmen, muss nicht zum hinteren Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm laufen.

5 star accommodation, location and view

The best property we have ever stayed in. Stunning views from huge terrace, very clean and extremely well equipped apartment. Brilliant air conditioning. Lovely design of the house. Stunning gardens and a gate right onto the sea front where you can swim and snorkel. Big supermarket 5 mins drive away and great local area to explore. We had total flight disruption followed by lost luggage but this property instantly took the stress away. We were a little confused at first to be communicating with Alessandros sister but she was brilliant with communicating.

Alles war perfekt

Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und informativ. Alles war vorhanden, von Spülmittel (Hand- und Maschinen-) bis Waschmittel, Klopapier, Küchenrolle. Sogar Kaffee und Milch waren zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht.
