Sofa and armchair, dining table, with seating for three. Flat screen Sony TV, CD/DVD player, Ruark audio system with internet radio, Bluetooth and I pad docking station. Back door to garden area and rear access to Staithe Street car park for unloading.

We love the location of this property as it is so handy for all that Wells has to offer. Great little coffee shop directly outside, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and a stone's throw from the Quay, with excellent fish and chips. Walk to the beach or take the bus
