Lovely cottage, clean and as described. The owners left a note and some cakes in the fridge so was a lovely touch. Perfect location to the town and also a beautiful dog walk on the doorstep!

Clean and well presented- everything needed for a comfortable stay. Should be noted that the back garden is a shared courtyard for those with dogs, but open parkland is on the doorstep.

What a lovely little cottage so close to the centre of Holt. Perfect to bring your dog too with Spout Hill on your doorstep. We will most definitely be back!

Great location

We loved staying here. Very clean and a great place to stay with our dogs. It is right next to Spout Hill which is a lovely place to walk the dogs. Easy to walk into Holt and visit other places via car. I told the host prior to our visit that we wanted to visit National Trust properties and she very kindly left out a NT handbook which I thought was a nice touch. The milk and cakes were also very welcome. We hope to return again.

Lovely little cottage in a perfect location

Although on the smaller side, this cottage was perfect for a 4 night stay with 4 adults/teens and a dog. It was easy walking distance into Holt (4-5 mins) but had some lovely hills to walk on with the dog directly from the house and plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby. We would definitely return.

We have been Holidaying at North Norfolk for more than 30 years
Holt was always our, favourite place ,the perfect location.
After losing my parents and uncle ,all suffered greatly towards the end.
I was able to buy a cottage in our dream location!
Home Again was our holiday home
But it got to the stage ,where we were always looking for our next break
So in 2017 , we relocated from Nottinghamshire to Itteringham Norfolk
It's home from home and we loved it!
We would like to share HomeAgain with you !

Why they chose this property

We were Lucky to have found Home Again in 2012
the cottage was in poor repair
But with a lot of TLC!
I think we have made something special
Home Again is warm and cozy with a home from home feel
A big plus the Home Again cottage is in the perfect location.

Home Again makes a great base from which to explore the area
Seaside, woodland, National trust properties ,bird watching, cycling and the Norfolk broads aren't far away and many more
You can be as busy as you like or just take it easy and relax
