CASA OASIS Ref. POL03

Casa Oasis is a newly reformed house in the heart of Pollensa old town, Comprising of 3 floors, 4 bedrooms and a terrace with swimming pool, this is the perfect base for exploring the area.

Entering the house there is a modern open plan kitchen, large living area and a stylish dining area. The open plan effect incorporates the terrace area too as large full length glass doors slide back to bring the outdoors indoors. There is an external dining table, gas barbecue sunbeds, relaxing sun chairs and a swimming pool which can also be heated at an additional cost.

Taking the stairs to the first floor, there are three en-suite bedrooms. Two twins and one double all with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Another flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities, air conditioning, wardrobes and a private sun terrace.



Casa Oasis is a modern holiday home which is perfect for families and friends travelling together. Take a walk into the town and sample the many exquisite restaurants and bars which are a stones’ throw away.

House was nice.

Nice house unfortunately showers leaked. Good location. Pool area was nice but got no sun . Kitchen well equipped and decor was nice.

Perfect Pollenca Townhouse

Lovely modern well equipped townhouse. Good outside space and the pool is bigger than it looks. Upstairs terrace has great views and is sunny until late evening. The open plan kitchen, living area is a good size for family and friend groups. Really enjoyed our stay. Only slight downside is not being able to park outside the house.

Beautiful home

The house is in a perfect location in the winding streets of the Old Town, 5 minutes walk from the square and all the restaurants and shops it has to offer. The house itself os finished to a great standard with good size bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, very nicely decorated. Fully air conditioned and perfect for a week or more stay. The pool is a perfect size, we spent days there and on the terrace. It was impeccably clean. The house has so much to offer and is a credit to its owners. We can't wait to come back. Maybe some plastic tumblers for around the poolside?

Could be better

The house is overall god but is so much details that house is not wort the price in my opinion. The sofa is not a sofa, the toilet brushes so un fresh💩, Qulit lots of spots

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Such a shame that you rated the property so low. This is a recently rennovated townhouse with quality finishings. I have checked the photos and the sofa is definately a sofa. Toilet brishes and quilts - noted and will be replaced.

Grande maison de village superbement restaurée

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison, sa fraîcheur, son très bon équipement (bien étudié pour être nombreux et fonctionnel), les 4 chambres avec 4 Salle de bains qui nous ont permis d'avoir aussi chacun notre intimité (nous étions 7 dont 3 couples), le patio avec la petite piscine très agréable pour dîner dehors et se rafraîchir en rentrant de promenade. C'est une belle maison de village vraiment bien restaurée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Le book: difficile de comprendre comment fonctionne le tri des poubelles et les jours de ramassage, indiquer tout de suite le bon parking pour se garer(Puente Roma). Manque un petit contact humain, chaleureux, soit avec une note des propriétaires pour partager les endroits qu'ils aiment particulièrement sur l'île, quelques adresses, cartes... pour raconter aussi l'histoire de cette maison soit avec un accueil personnel sur place. Cela amènerait un vrai plus.

Courtyard was a good outdoor space for a townhouse. Downstairs open plan living space was good and well equipped. Heated pool was also a hit. Showers all leaked
