This elegant, centrally located two-bathroom apartment is situated right next to Place Balmat, in the heart of the mountain town of Chamonix—ideal for a family or two couples. The Cosmiques apartment feels just like home, with comfortable furniture, modern and sturdy beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven, a TV, Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, and access to the ski lifts, making it perfect for anyone looking for a convenient apartment in the heart of town. The apartment also features underground parking and two balconies on either side of the unit—one overlooking the Arve River with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif, and the other overlooking the town, an ideal spot to soak up the atmosphere during popular events like the UTMB or the Mont Blanc Marathon.<br><br>THE LOCATION<br>This charming apartment is less than a minute’s walk from all of Chamonix’s superb restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as ski, snowboard, and boot rental shops. The free ski bus is just a minute’s walk away. From the balcony, you can admire the Aiguille du Midi, the Drus, and the Mont Blanc massif. There is a private parking space in the basement with direct access via lift, as well as a “cave” with shelves and seating for storing ski, snowboard, climbing, and bike gear.
