Beautiful and comfortable apartment in Xàbia, Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 people. The apartment is situated close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and is 300 m from El Arenal beach. Short break with young daughters

Brilliant location, close to all amenities and beautiful beach. Perfect size apartment for myself and my 2 daughters. Host was great and attended to all needs. Definitely recommend

We had booked bed linens and towels, and everything was dirty. The management took note of it but didn't take action. The apartment is very central, but it's also very noisy. the balcony furniture is in very bad condition

Great location

We happened to stay in Javea during the worst weather front they had in many years. The home was a bit chilly as there was only one plug-in electric heater, but that was understandable considering the unusual weather. The location made for an enjoyable trip. One block to the sandy Arenal Beach and short drive to the rocky shores of the Port. Having only one key to enter/leave the building made for some interesting scheduling. I would ask for multiple keys if you have members of your party going in two different directions at times. So glad this condo had it own parking garage as having parking is essential if you have a car in Javea. The house comes mostly prepped for a stay with dishes. You will have to pay extra for linen (this is typical of the region) and you will have to make a trip to the supermarket to buy dish soap, laundry soap, bath tissue, cooking oils, etc. The home was very clean and pretty. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Excellent location but too hot & extra costs

The day before flying we were sent an email stating that we had to pay extra 40 for bed linen & towels. There was nothing about this on the website listing. We had already paid for our baggage allowance so had no choice but to pay. We asked for an early check in 11am-1pm but when we arrived at the offices there was nobody there & we had to wait for 30mins wondering if we had been conned. We called the mobile number but the mobile phone had been left in the offices. There was more confusion when we arrived at the property with the garage, a video would have been helpful. The bath towels we paid for were very small and thin. The property was clean but with only a single fan it was too hot and very uncomfortable at night as the shutters on the bedroom window wouldn’t open. The hob didn’t work & at the end of the stay there was a very unpleasant smell in the 2nd toilet. Its a nice apartment with a great view but we would not stay again.

Early check-ins are always subject to our staff's availability, you were attended to immediately without any delays. All appliances worked well before your arrival and continued to work well after your stay.
