This stylish, newly renovated apartment is a true hidden gem — with a large private terrace overlooking the Fontana marina and the Fontana canal. From here, the vistas are simply unforgettable: Cabo San Antonio, the golden sands of Arenal beach, Cap Prim, the majestic Montgó mountain, and the rolling hills beyond.
The terrace is your perfect holiday spot — a year-round sun trap with both sunshine and shade, ideal for long lazy breakfasts, al fresco dinners, or simply watching the boats drift by with a glass of wine in hand. Inside, the apartment is bright and airy thanks to its triple-aspect design, with modern comforts and stylish touches throughout.
The apartment offers:

* Comfortable dining and living areas with Smart TV and satellite channels
* Three bedrooms (one king, one double, one single/office)
* A modern shower room plus a separate cloakroom
* Please note that this is an old property (50yrs) and not a beautiful modern one. However, because of this is has one of the best situations in Javea with a lovely view, litttle passing traffic, parking and a large terrace facing south for guaranteed day long sun both in summer and winter - a rarity in Javea!
It’s ideal for couples, small families, or friends — whether you’re here for a short break or a longer escape.
**The Location**
Step outside and in just 5 minutes you’ll find yourself on Jávea’s famous sandy Arenal beach, lined with lively bars, beach cafés, and restaurants to suit every taste. Stroll along the promenade, browse boutiques and local shops, or enjoy fresh seafood by the sea. A leisurely 20-minute walk brings you to Jávea’s charming port area, while the historic old town is easily reached by car or the tourist “train.”
**Getting Here**
No car? No problem. Airport transfers from Alicante drop you just a short walk from the apartment, and during summer the tourist “train” conveniently connects the Arenal, the port, and the old town. If you do prefer to hire a car, we’ll happily recommend trusted rental options and there is parking on site.
**Perfect for Families with Teens**
With the beach and promenade so close, teenagers can enjoy a sense of independence in a safe environment, while parents relax knowing everything is within easy reach. Several nearby restaurants also have swimming pools that welcome guests.

In the Valencian region, my tourist licence allows rentals of up to 10 nights. If you’d like to stay longer, that’s also possible. For stays over 10 nights, we’ll just need to sign a short-term holiday rental contract. And for stays of more than 28 days, a refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent is required by law — this is safely held in a government account.
As part of the local regulations, I have to register all guests with the Interior Ministry, so I’ll kindly ask you to fill in the guest registration form that you will receive by email from "registroparteviajeros.com" a few days before the start of your holiday.

My apartment is truly hard to beat. Not only has it been freshly decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, but it’s also equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay (and if you find anything lacking or broken, please let me know!).
The location is outstanding—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, numerous restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops, and relaxed nightlife. Everything is right on your doorstep.
On top of that, you’ll enjoy open views and a spacious balcony that guarantees sunshine all day long, in both summer and winter. And with the added bonus of no mosquitos, it really does feel like the perfect place to stay.
