FORESTERS IS A 4 STAR AND FAMILIES WELCOME GRADED APARTMENT WHICH HAS ALSO BEEN AWARDED MOBILITY 3 ASSISTED, HEARING 1 & VISUAL 1 BY THE TOURIST BOARD, MAKING IT A SUPERB PLACE TO STAY IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY, HEARING OR SIGHT PROBLEMS, PLUS BEING IDEAL FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES.

Foresters sleeps up to 6
Foresters is a large Ground Floor Apartment. Located next door to Bennett on Augusta Street, in a peaceful conservation area, between the Blue flag beach and the town centre. Like Bennett Foresters retains its early character but now contains gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout. This provides a very comfortable, cosy holiday home, ideal for any time of year.
Foresters can be booked along with Bennett to provide extra accommodation for grandparents or extended family. Special rates would apply out of season.
Parking:
If you are using a wheelchair we will provide off street parking in front of Duncan some 30 metres away (please notify us on the booking form when booking), otherwise on street parking is available in front of Foresters along the whole of Augusta Street and St Nicholas Pl, it is free and unlimited.
We have added WiFi Internet which is free of charge and Freeview TV.
Please note this is a non smoking apartment.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance Hall:
Providing coat hanging and understairs utility space with Washing Machine and Tumble Drier plus room for suitcases etc.
Large Lounge:
With two large sofas and an individual armchair, 42" Smart Tv and DVD player plus Freeview, impressive feature fireplace and bay window overlooking front garden. Hearing loop installed plus ceiling lights which can be dimmed by remote control.
Kitchen & Dining Room:
With Dishwasher, microwave and toaster, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, electric cooker with separate grill and 4 ring hobb, plenty of worktops and cupboards containing all crockery and pans etc. Table with six chairs, two have arms. Patio doors to rear patio/garden. Plus wall mounted TV with Freeview.
Bathroom/Wetroom:
Includes bath and electric power shower over, separate walk in shower with height adjustable shower head and seat, washbasin and electric shaver point, with bathroom cabinet and WC. Emergency pull cord to floor. Extractor fan with recessed lighting and grip rails throughout.
Bedroom 1:Superking Bed ( 6ft wide) Can be split into two singles.
At the rear with large double glazed window and views to patio garden. Superking bed which can be split into two singles with memory foam tops, bedside cabinets with lights and large mirrored triple wardrobe.
Wash basin with mirrored bathroom cabinet over.
Recessed lighting with remote control ( you can dim or turn off the lights from your bed).
Plus wall mounted TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 2: Family room King Bed with Bunk Beds
At the rear, a single storey extension containing a very quiet and spacious bedroom with a king size bed and bunk beds along with a wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets all to match. Emergency pull cord to floor. Mains powered smoke detector (vibrating pad available) Lighting can be dimmed/switched off from the bed by remote control.
Plus TV with Freeview.
GARDENS
Rear Patio Garden:
With selection of plants, a patio set comprising six chairs two with arms, table and umbrella is available should you wish to relax in the garden. Flood light for evening time. Rear gate provides access to Victoria Street a short cut to beach and town through one of the oldest parts of Sheringham
