Contactless check in and out, self contained home, thoroughly cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant between guests.

Large 2 bedroom plus loft luxurious cottage in the highly sought after Oceanside Village! Over 1100 sq. ft., featuring fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area and large, spacious living room with queen sized pull out bed, electric fireplace, vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading out to a large deck equipped with Weber gas grill and outdoor dining set. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom and laundry area complete the first floor. The loft is furnished with another queen sized bed, and the second full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Amenities at the cottage include complete kitchen facilities, including full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all of the supplies you'd need to make your family meals complete. As well, a large washer and dryer is conveniently located on the main floor. Cable TV and free WiFi are included with your stay. And the cottage is stocked with and ample supply of linens and towels.

There are decks at both the front and rear of the cottage, which provide plenty of space for guests to enjoy unwinding and dining in the summer evenings.

Oceanside Village Resort has a beautiful indoor pool/hot tub and fitness centre, and is just a short walk from miles of sandy beach and forest trails at Rathtrevor Provincial Park. Also just a short walk away is Tigh-na-Mara Resort, and the world famous Grotto Spa, as well as Riptide Lagoon mini golf for the young or young at heart. The charming city of Parskville is a couple minute drive away, and offers dining, shopping and various festivals and entertainment for the entire family.

Parksville is a great location to stay. I have stayed at Oceanside village a few times. Have a a great experience every time. This unit has a nice size deck on the back, which was great

We loved staying at the property! The property is located amongst a number of cabins along main Parksville resort area and across the street from Ocean Trails Resort. The cabin was spacious, clean, and bright (much brighter than the photos look). It had 2 bedrooms and a full washroom on main floor, and spacious loft bedroom with another full size bathroom upstairs. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The cottage has a fireplace and 3 TVs, and even had extras like games, beach buckets/shovels, baby crib and baby stroller. The owner Cristie thought of everything. The common area pool and hot tub was very nice. Enjoyed eating out on the deck patio and appreciated the privacy with the hedges in the back. Our family loved the cottage and we would definitely want to stay here again when we are next in Parksville.

The house definitely suited our needs for bedrooms and common areas for our family vacation. The property could have used a bit of updating for the price we paid. The deck at the back was worn and needed a good coat of stain and a railing could be useful for the sides for safety as we had a three year old with us. There were no flowers or nice touches around the property that would have made the home feel more welcoming and elevated the experience for the cost of the rental.Overall it was what we needed and the resort itself with the pool, hot tub and the proximity to the beach etc. was great. The mini golf so close to the resort was awesome and we had a lot of fun for a morning there.

This has been our family go to place to stay. We have never booked anywhere else as i enjoy all the that is has to offer. Parking is great, easy access, the coded door is a bonus so we dont have to worry about keys. The kids really like the pool as it is withon walking distance. Communication is always great never had an issue. We most definitely will be back again.

The place was roomy and good sized bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were no scissors anywhere. The water needs to run a long time or bad taste. No soap for the showers, and VERY slippery floors on bathtubs. We felt that a great deal of clean up was expected by us as guests, especially with the high clean up fee. Would have been nice to have a blue bin, for we had no idea there was recycling until we took all the garbage to the outdoor bins.
