Two-storey house recently renovated and furnished in a position of maximum prestige, the house remains in the upper part of the Antico Borgo.
Walking through the stone alleys, it remains a few meters below the medieval tower of the Castello della Fava.
This dwelling has a veranda with a 180 ° view from which you can admire the natural scenery of the plain from the sea to the mountains with a breathtaking view.
Air-conditioned house with 2 TVs, microwave and oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

great view, lovely house

We already knew Posada and love the place and the environment and the house is as lovely as described. It is a little inconvenient to always look for a parking space. The mostly short walk did not really bother us, but with small children it is probably not really clever. The house is great, we had enough space, two bathrooms are luxury and the view on the terrace is terrific! Due to the northeast side, no sun protection is necessary and we spent every morning and evening on the terrace. Despite of the lack of wifi, we really recommend the house all around and also the communication with Simona and Graziella was great, thank you!

Schönes kleines Haus mit Wahnsinns-Aussicht

Das kleine Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und modernisiert und es war sehr sauber. Es liegt mitten in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und schon alleine eine Buchung wert. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, dann ist es aber auch nicht weit zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt oder den tollen und dabei ziemlich leeren Stränden der Region. Parken muss man allerdings etwas außerhalb,was uns aber gar nicht gestört hat. Wir haben immer etwas im Umkreis 5-10 Gehminuten gefunden. Die Altstadt hat wirklich Flair, auch wenn sie nur recht klein ist und es kaum Geschäfte gibt. Hier und da könnte im Haus etwas mehr an Ausstattung da sein, insbesondere in der Küche und ein Sonnenschutz passend zu der tollen Terasse fehlt leider. Ärgerlich war, dass im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung im Exposé kein WLan verfügbar ist. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nettes kleines Altstadthaus

Schönes kleines neu renoviertes Haus in der Altstadt, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terasse mit dem tollen Ausblick über die Felder zum Meer zugebracht.
