Great apartment for a short stay in Rome, we stayed three nights. The location is fantastic, a short walk from the Roman forum, colosseum and many other attractions. Check in process was simple, they let us drop our bags off in the morning while they were cleaning the unit. The cabinets in the bedroom smell a bit musty so we did not unpack for the duration of our stay. I suggested to the property manager to put up curtains in the bedroom, we hung up a sheet as people can see into the window (it only happened once). Fantastic experience overall, we were very happy with our stay and we would stay here again.
The apartment is in such a good location! Within walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi foundation, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is so cute and cozy. We unfortunately missed our connection flight and couldn't get another flight until the next morning, the host and Gabriele were so accommodating and even adjusted the booking to reflect the new day count without us having to ask. The only slight negative is all the keys needed to get into the building and apartment. The outside doors are a bit particular with how you open them so don't be in a rush if you haven't gotten it down yet. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

The place has health concerns
The gentlemen greeting us was very professional but as soon as the door was opened there was a terrible odor. He shows us the apartment and then we turned on the ac units and leave to enjoy our vacation. When we return to the apartment, the odor is still there. There was mold in the shower, under the ac unit and gnats in the apartment. We quickly contacted the person but they did not have another place for us to stay. So we left that same night.
