Located in a fantastic area in the heart of the city and next to the areas of biggest interest, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom duplex penthouse is the ideal place for those who wish to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

120 square meters, and 6 people capacity, it is an exclusive home decorated with the biggest attention to the smallest details and the best qualities to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

The living room has a spacious relaxation area with exterior windows and equipped with sofas, one of them becoming to a double bed if necessary and also access to an independent and fully equipped kitchen to cover your needs. In addition, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds.

Equipment and facilities: a television with satellite channels, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding , towels, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

On the third floor of a building placed on Strachan Street, which owes the name to the famous Malaga family of architects, this accommodation is located in one of the most traditional and important areas of Malaga, the Historic Center of the city. Bus lines connecting to the beach areas and the outside of the city, a few minutes walk from the Plaza de la Constitución, and next to a large number of small businesses, taperías and restaurants around the neighboring streets , you definitely could enjoy the true essence of the streets of this Mediterranean city.

Terrific location and apartment

Spacious, upper floor, reasonably well equipped apartment in prime location close to shops, restaurants and museums. Only downside is that street below can be a bit noisy at night, but double windows block out a lot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent emplacement

Très bien placé pour explorer la ville à la marche. Appartement spacieux et tranquille. Le bureau pour l’enregistrement ne se trouve pas sur place mais n’est pas très loin . Check out très simple
