Centrally located, within 1 hour from Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral (Cruises), Playalinda, New Smyrna and Daytona beaches. Orlando MCO, Melbourne MLB, Daytona DAB airports. Lots of Central Florida attractions including Walt DisneyWorld , Sea World, Universal Studios, Ebcot center and the Brevard zoo. Just minutes from Black Willow Ranch. Titusville has four golf courses that are within 15 minutes, The Kennedy Space Center, is close, check the NASA schedule and book during a Rocket Launch we have the best views here in Titusville. On the nearby Kennedy Space Center property you can see the world's most advanced technologies including the Space Shuttles at our KSC Visitors Center, Our Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge contains more threatened and endangered plants and animals than any other wildlife refuge in the continental United States, including the West Indian Manatee, Florida Scrub Jay, Gopher Tortoise and Indigo Snakes. More than 5,000 alligators live on Merritt Islands National Seashores, which is just on the way to Playalinda Beach, one of the only Natural beaches, No condos or any buildings on our local beach. Its beautiful, a must see. Playalinda beach is also famous for its amazing surfing as well as Cocoa Beach, which has the famous Ron Jons Surf shop too. Best house and Host Ever, A MUST STAY

Where do I begin. Well for starters, this house and Peggy deserve a 10 or even 100 score. A PERFECT STAR, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND WONDERFUL HOST AND HOUSE. OK...To start off Peggy, your Host. OMG. Peggy will do nothing but WOW you. She is so kind and helpful and such an amazing person, she will make sure your perfectly perfect there. Gives a whole new meaning to a terrific host. We loved her. It was just my son and I on a fun but buisness stay and I just don't have the words to express how wonderful she is. We absolutely love her and can't wait to see her again. The House....APerfect 10 or 100 as well. New, clean, no...SPOTLESS!! And full of everything you could ever want. Easy to get to, and We had a semi...lots of room, and did I mention...SPOTLESS. So clean, your could eat off the the floors if you wanted. Big private yard, patio everything. House so stocked, you won't need a thing. Peggy will ensure you of that. We love this house Close to everything, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, Beach, Orlando everywhere. We will never stay anywhere else. If you want the absolutely best vacation experience or place to stay should work bring you there, look no further. This is it. Pictures do not come close to show how perfect this house really is. We can't wait to stay and see Peggy Again. Peggy, we love ya dearly and we can't Thank You enough. This family can't wait to see ya again soon.

Beautiful, modern home

This home is beautiful inside. Very modern, large kitchen, master bathroom is absolutely beautiful with his/hers sinks and a large doorless shower with room for two or three. Peggy the owner was very accommodating and overall easy to deal with - no nonsense. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near the home. Very easy access to the beach. We can't wait to find a reason to stay here again.

If you want to stay in a exceptionally nice, clean and quiet home in a great neighborhood close to so many things to do, this is the place. We also try to do a little extra to make your stay nice. We supply a nice the coffee bar with snacks and some cold beverages in the refrigerator available upon your arrival.

What makes this property unique

Your privacy is important to me, but I am available if you need anything or have any questions. You get to enjoy the quiet evenings out back and view the lush back yard, you may even get a visit from our local Red tailed Hawk who visits regularly. The location is close to shopping and lots of local restaurants for you to enjoy. The neighbors are great.
