Superb view in quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay very much, Although The apartment requires refurbishment. We had to have manager out to enable us to access TV. We needed a plumber to get hot water in the bathroom. All a bit inconvenient! There were no instructions for washing machine or TV, If these annoyances had been sorted it would definitely rate 5*.

Very Nice Stay

The appartment is as advertised. Very tidy en nice views. Only the communication with the hire service where an issue. Having to pay through a link you get in an email from a Spanish bank had me a little worried. I've always just paid through homeaway. I only got a message as to when I could check in the day of arrival so this also made me a bit nervous. In the end everything was fine but things could have been handled better.

Der große Balkon, die Aufteilung der Wohnung, die ruhige Lage. Unbedingt das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer austauschen, Kücheneinrichtung modernisieren (Kaffeemaschine), vielleicht insgesamt eine Modernisierung der Ausstattung.

Fantastic roomy appartment with great views

The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy, and furnished traditionally with a fantastic balcony and views which can get windy at times as it is situated quite high within the resort, so be prepared for some hills and steps along the way! It is centrally located to all the restaurants in La Caleta and Adeje is a 40min walk along the coast or a €6 taxi if you want a bit more action. Check in/out and communication with the host was excellent and easy. Would definitely use again Thanks

Perfect Atico La Caleta

We loved the location and the beautiful terrace view. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Everyone at Asten Realty was really helpful. Collecting the keys out of hours was a little tricky.
