Beautiful Touquettoise built in the 1930s by the famous architect Louis Quetelard. Completely renovated and modernized in the 2000s, this villa offers 6 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 2 WCs, a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 furnished terraces.
You have a 2500 m2 garden.
A small stream crosses the property. It is often dry, but parental supervision is essential for small children.
Bedroom no.1 with an area of around 18 m2 has a 160 / 200cm double bed and views of the front garden. It has its bathroom, bathtub and separate shower.
Room no2 with an area of approximately 22 m2 has 2 beds of 90/200 m and views of the front garden.
It has its bathroom, bathtub and separate shower.
Room no3 has an area of approximately 20 m2 with 2 separate beds of 90/200 m and overlooks the back garden. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet.
Two small bedrooms for 2 people with bunk beds complete the floor. About 9 m2
On the ground floor is another bedroom for 2 people overlooking the terrace and the back garden. The second bed slides under the first.

On the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace and its leather sofas.

The house generally was quite comfortable with plenty of room. However the decorative condition left much to be desired with wallpaper hanging off the walls, areas with no paint or wallpaper at all and with several items either broken or not working. The house is in desperate need of some "tender loving care" as there was clear signs of "tiredness". With 5 bedrooms upstairs it was a little difficult in the mornings with only one small toilet upstairs and an even smaller toilet downstairs. The most disappointing aspect however was the cleanliness and we were somewhat put off to find the baths with hairy evidence of previous occupants. Areas had clearly not been properly cleaned and we spent the first morning cleaning the house. This house could be excellent, set in the forest and not far from the town center, but it just needs some attention. In its current state I would not go back.

Dear Barry, 1. Many lights were not working, both inside and outside the house. • This is due to the storm that fell in Le Touquet and Europe.Mr. Margueritte changed the light bulbs in your presence. 2. The TV did not receive satellite signals because it was not connected. • Same answer. Easy to press the button to reset it. 3. We couldn't play music because there was no CD player despite the many speakers. • In the blue room, you have a CD player. • The other speaker was used for the old TV set. You have a brand new Samsumg TV at your disposal with many radio stations. 4. HomeAway assured me that the open fire was safe. It was not correct because it was only protected on three sides and we could not use it because of our dog. • It is not possible to close a chimney on all sides.•Your dogs do not need to stand in front of the fireplace. • It is mentioned to HomeAway that you must contact me to receive my approval to bring your 2 big dogs. I only accept one small dog.•This has not been done. I was not informed. 5. The back door was broken and we couldn't use it. • That is absolutely correct. The kitchen door store was out of order. I was at Le Touquet when it happened. I ordered a new engine from Faidherbe. They do not receive it in time. Sorry for the disagreement. 6. The general level of interior decoration was very poor with many places where wallpaper detached from the walls, a large surface at the end of the corridor without wallpaper at all, paint detaching and fabric in the dining room moving away from the wall. ? ??? • Suitcases and small children damaged my wallpaper in the hall and stairs. It may be unpleasant to the eyes, but not embarrassing to your comfort. • At the end of the corridor, it is true that 2 square metres of wallpaper were removed. • All these small details do not justify declaring that the decoration is very poor. 7. The biggest problem, however, was cleanliness. In short, the house was not clean and it's not because we arrived before 3pm, it's just because it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The baths were both dirty and there was still hair in one of them, so we didn't use them. The kitchen in particular was very dirty, the top of the cooktop had to be cleaned before we could use it and the work surfaces had not been cleaned properly. I reject these allegations. If the villa was so dirty, why didn't you claim it when you arrived? Why didn't you call Mrs. Margueraz and ask her to clean again? Why don't you claim until afte

sfeervol verblijf

We hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen (+hondje) een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa van de familie Douchet. Een vriendelijke vriend en buurman liet ons binnen en het was een huiselijke, bijna Engelse sfeer...we boften wel met het weer (en dat is in de UK soms anders)

Calme, confort et mémoire du temps

La maison est très bien située et parée d’un grand jardin arboré. Elle porte les blessures du temps et nous plonge dans une autre époque mais ceci n’enlève rien à son confort. Elle est en outre extrêmement bien équipée côté cuisine et wifi. Absolument rien ne manque et si je ne lui accorde « que » 4 étoiles c’est uniquement en raison de mon goût personnel qui me porte davantage vers le moderne même si cette maison a l’âme belle.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de trouver tout ce dont nous avons besoin et même l'impensable(à part les boules de pétanque). Nous avons aussi apprécié la confiance des propriétaires envers des personnes qu'ils ne connaissent pas. Cette villa est parfaite pour une (ou deux) famille(s) et moins pour des adultes qui n'ont pas le même confort en fonction de la chambre qu'ils occupent. Un grand merci pour cette location qui a contribué à la réussite de notre semaine au Touquet

Je vous remercie de votre appréciation. Effectivement, les petites chambres sont réservées aux enfants et deviennent moins confortables pour les adultes. Pas de salle de bain privée, TV,etc. C'est un élément que je ne peux pas modifier. Merci encore d'avoir choisi ma villa et je suis heureux que vous ayez passé de bons moments au Touquet

Superbe demeure pour un moment en famille

Superbe villa, très bien entretenue, grande et chaleureuse. Tout est réuni dans cette maison pour passer un agréable moment en famille. On ne peux que s'y sentir bien. Quartier très calme à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville (un peu plus de 15 minutes à pied pour les plus téméraires). Nous gardons un souvenir très appréciable de ces quelques jours passés la-bas et comptons fortement y retourner.

Excellent séjour

Maison située dans la forêt mais à proximité du centre ville, dans une avenue très calme. Jardin agréable et bien entretenu. Précautions à prendre avec les jeunes enfants vis-à-vis du ruisseau qui traverse la propriété. Maison propre. Salon très agréable. Propriétaire particulièrement arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Excellent séjour!

Une grande maison nichée dans la forêt! Au calme! Très propre et bien chauffée! Nous étions 3 couples et 2 petits. Chaque couple avait sa salle de bains. La cuisine est très bien achalandée. Une très grande TV. Idéal pour les grandes familles! Vraiment un super séjour d’hiver. Nous essaierons l’été la prochaine fois!

Spacieuse et bien équipée

Cette villa est spacieuse, au calme, mais proche du centre ; elle a un charme d'époque tout à fait singulier, par rapport à l'offre habituelle de location (souvent très neutre). Le barbecue au gaz a fait sa sortie à Pâques à l'occasion des températures plus douces. Les enfants ont apprécié la taille appréciable du jardin (tôt le matin, nous avons aperçu 3 biches qui jouaient en liberté dans le jardin, la forêt est proche!). Les vélos mis à disposition ont servi pour de nombreuses ballades, le petit dernier (3 ans) a également utilisé la draisienne en bois avec beaucoup de satisfaction. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance car une surtension électrique a grillé quelques appareils juste avant notre arrivée, mais sans trop gros inconvénient. Le propriétaire est très réactif et disponible, malgré la distance. Pour le reste, cette villa a les inconvénients d'une maison qui reste inhabitée pendant certaines périodes; la cuisine mériterait un grand nettoyage de printemps (fond des armoires).

Touquettoise ¨pur Sucre¨

Séjour d'une semaine en famille pour une Grand-Mère , ses enfants et ses petits-enfants: la Villa nous a accueillis avec un bon confort , un salon et une cheminée qui nous ont permis d'agréables moments avec vue sur le jardin. Une Villa Touquettoise en forêt avec plusieurs salles de bains et une cuisine bien équipée ( qui mériterait d'être un peu modernisée). Propriétaire joignable en cas de probllème. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien.

Grand repos au Touquet

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et conforme en tous points à l'annonce. Les personnes responsables des clés sont tout à fait accueillantes et disponibles. Un seul point d'attention : les deux chambres à lits superposés sont minuscules et peu agréables.

Superbes vacances

Comme depuis trois ans maintenant, nous passons en famille de magnifiques vacances dans cette belle villa touquetoise. Très spacieuse, très bien équipée, elle est située dans un quartier calme mais à proximité du centre-ville et de la plage. Elle dispose d'un grand jardin et de belles terrasses très agréables par beau temps! Nous espérons y retourner très vite!

Absolutely stunning house in the forest!

We spent christmas 2015 at Belle Touquettoise En Foret and had an incredible time. The location of the property is ideal, especially for those wishing to park their cars up for a week and explore the town and its surrounds on foot. Our party of 6 had plenty of space in the house and the layout of the rooms is ideal for a group of family get away without feeling like you are under each others feet. We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to return again in the future. Mr Douchet was great to deal with and the people that met us to show us around were extremely hospitable. For those wishing to do Le Touquet properly Belle Touquettoise En Foret is the place to do it.

Het is een heerlijke woning om met de hele familie vakantie te vieren.

Jaarlijks gaan wij met de hele familie een week naar Frankrijk op vakantie. Wij zoeken dan een groot huis, met voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers. Het is altijd een hele zoektocht om een passend huis te vinden. We hebben dit huis gevonden en het heeft aan onze verwachtingen voldaan: een groot huis, stijlvol ingericht, met een grote tuin waar we met de kinderen konden spelen; voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers; een grote eettafel waar we met z'n allen omheen pasten; een ruime zithoek; een ruime keuken met veel apparatuur waar we met een aantal mensen konden koken. Dit huis ligt in Touquet-Paris-Plage. Dit is een mooie plaats met o.a. heerlijke viswinkels, bakkers en restaurants met terrassen. Op het brede strand en in de duinen kun je heerlijke wandelingen maken en/of joggen.

Maison idéale pour de belles vacances en famille

C'était déjà la seconde fois que ma famille et moi sommes allés passer une semaine dans cette magnifique maison du Touquet. Elle est très spacieuse, particulièrement bien équipée et située dans un quartier calme bien que très proche du centre et de ses commerces! Nous sommes déjà tous partants (grands et petits) pour y revenir très bientôt!
