The house is an apartment located in PortoAlabe, a small tourist resort 5 km from Bosa, and 40 from Alghero, in the west coast of Sardinia, of about 55 m 2 which can be accessed from the main square with a private entrance. complex that includes several apartments overlooking the sea. The apartment in bamboo parquet consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and an internal spiral staircase in the living room which leads to the kitchen and a large terrace covered in teak with wall lighting where you can make lunches but above all romantic dinners with sea view. With private stairs (about 50 steps) you enter the beach. An ideal apartment for a couple, completely renovated again.

A piece of paradise: well-appointed apartment (WiFi, bicycles, BBQ) steps away from what felt like your own private beach (even in August) in a quiet beach town. Porto Alabe is a gem as was our host, Giovanni and his lovely wife; thoughtful and generous (gifted some wonderful Sardinian cookies :-). Close to one of Italy’s borghi più belli d’Italia, Bosa and about 90 minutes away from Alghero. Sardegna, mi manchi già!

L'hébergement est parfaitement conforme au descriptif et était très propre. La terrasse vue mer est ombragée par une pergola dont le toit peut se replier pour voir les étoiles la nuit et par un parasol. Il est possible de prendre tous les repas sur cette terrasse face à la mer et d'observer de superbes couchers de soleil à l'horizon. Les explications pour arriver à la location sont très claires et la procédure pour récupérer les clés facile et flexible !Par ailleurs, Giovanni et sa femme sont très accueillants et nous ont donné des conseils sur les restaurants et les activités à faire autours du logement. A proximité du logement (10 minutes à pied), il y a une épicerie où l'on trouve de tout. La région est très jolie, assez sauvage, finalement peu touristique avec des habitants sympathiques. La partie historique des villes d'Alghero et de Bosa sont très jolies. Enfin, la plage accessible au pied du logement se prête bien au snorkling avec des rochers, une eau limpide et beaucoup de poissons. Pour la baignade avec des enfants, la plage de Porto Alabe située à 5 minutes en voiture est surveillée et ne présente pas de rocher (que du sable). Dans tous les cas, même en plein mois d'Août nous n'avons jamais été gêné par le monde !!En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons le logement de Giovanni.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Porto Alabe

Es war wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse direkt am Strand gelegen. Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass die Klimaanlage extra für 8 pro Tag dazu gebucht werden muss und nicht, wie es in der Anzeige den Eindruck erweckt, automatisch dabei ist. Strandtücher waren leider nicht vorhanden, obwohl dies angegeben war. Man bekommt jedoch einen Sonnenschirm, Stühle für den Strand und allerhand Spielsachen. Man hat direkten Blick auf das Meer und über eine Treppe direkten Zugang. Es wir jedoch gewarnt ins Meer zu gehen bei Wellen, weil der Bereich wohl recht gefährlich ist. Ansonsten ist man in guten 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Bosa und Alghero erreicht man innerhalb einer Stunde. Die Strecke dorthin ist jedoch sehenswert.

Appartamento bellissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Splendida la terrazza con vista sul mare. Giovanni, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e prodigo di suggerimenti utili. Consigliatissimo.

Purtroppo per noi è stata una bruttissima esperienza

L'appartamento è molto bello e curato nei dettagli, peccato che le pale di cui è dotato non siano sufficienti a renderlo vivibile nei mesi più caldi. L'assenza del climatizzatore ha reso il nostro soggiorno impossibile e siamo dovuti ripartire dopo solo tre GG di notti insonni. Ho richiesto se fosse possibile avere almeno una quota di rimborso, con la consapevolezza di aver pagato in anticipo interamente i 10 GG in modalità non rimborsabile, ma comunque non mi è più stata data alcuna risposta dal gestore. Devo dire che la delusione e il rammarico sono stati davvero grandi, guardando ai sacrifici che si fanno per potersi permettere una settimana di vacanza. Ritengo paradossale la cura dei dettagli a fronte dell' assenza di una climatizzazione dell' appartamento per chi è abituato a usufruirne o soffre particolarmente le giornate umide ed afose.

una settimana di pace

il sig. giovanni e consorte sono stati due padroni di casa estremamente gentili e disponibili. l'appartamento è nuovo, appena ristrutturato, e ben arredato, anche con bellissimi tessuti arigianali, tipici della zona. in casa non manca niente, nemmeno il suono e il profumo del mare.
