This gorgeous 170 square meters penthouse is located in the closed urbanization “Marina de Torrequebrada”, right on the Benalmadena embankment, on Camelia Street.
The penthouse has been recently renovated with high quality materials in a modern style.
The advantage of the location is obvious – you are in the heart of vigorous life of Benalmadena, dozens of restaurants, shops, discos are in a walking distance, on the embankment. Your kids will enjoy “Burger King” restaurant which is in two minutes walk.
At the same time if you prefer quiet and hasteless rest, the closed “Marina de Torrequebrada” urbanization gives you peace and privacy. There are two picturesque pools with sunbeds on the territory of the urbanization. A supermarket is just in two minutes walk.
The beach is very close – you just have to cross the embankment; it is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and numerous chiringuitos.
The penthouse is located on the third and the fouth floors of a 4-storey building. The master bedroom with it’s own bathroom is on the top level. It has built-in wardrobes and equipped with 32” flat TV. It has an access to 12-meters terrace. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, living room, two terraces and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to 12-meters terrace, the other one – to the main terrace.
The living room combined with kitchen has access to the main 35-meters sea view terrace, equipped with sunscreens and dining furniture for 6 persons. In the living room there are 2 sofas (2 meters and 3 meters), big coffee table, flat 50” TV, modern JBL acoustic system connectable via bluetooth, optic channel or HDMI with any device. A big table for 6 persons is in the living room too. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchen appliances.
There is a utility room with water heater, washing machine, safe, household inventory, cleanses, etc.
The sofas in the living room can be combined into additional sleepers.
The apartment is equipped with modern air-conditioning system, high-speed Internet access, IP multilingual television.
An elevator will take you to your private underground parking place. Extra parking places are available on the territory of the residential complex as well.
The guests will be welcomed with a bottle of wine, cookies, cold water and cola. We can also recommend restaurants and sightseeing.
A huge shopping centre Plaza Major with a large supermarket MERCADONA, modern cinema, children’s entertainment center, dozens of restaurants and hundreds of boutiques is only 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Málaga city historical center and beautiful embankment are just a 20-minute drive away. Your kids will be crazy about «Tivoli World» amusement park, water park «Aqualand», dolphin, crocodile farm, because all of them are in close proximity to where you live.

La ubicación era buena , hay que bajar una buena cuesta o escaleras para la playa . La urbanización está muy bien y el piso también , pero las persianas no funcionan , no bajan ninguna del todo y alguna hace un ruido tremendo al bajarla . Arriba siempre hay palomas y hacen mucho ruido por la noche y de madrugada , han sido muy molestas la verdad . A mi me ha tocado obras durante la estancia y paraban de 14:00 a15:30 el resto del día un ruido muy molesto y para la siesta con los pequeños ha sido muy molesto .

Excellent property for holiday
With the current situation, the communication with the manager was outstanding. Once we arrived there, someone was waiting for us and explained everything we needed. The penthouse was very clean, the location is perfect, just right by a supermarket, a burger king and 3min walk to the beach. The swimming pool is bigger than expected, very well kept, with lifeguard. The complex is very quiet as most of the people living there are residents. Definitely a place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday.
