There is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with electric fire, and utility room. Outside is a large lawned garden with hot tub and summerhouse, as well as off road parking for four cars. Berwyn is a delightful cottage in a superb coastal location.

Nearby is the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, home to Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns.
