Not what we have booked

We arrived to the place in the evening. Talked and texted with the host, and everything seemed okay. Then we arrived to the holiday home, and this was not what we had booked, and not what we had recieved a booking confirmation on. The holiday home, we came to, were only half the size compared to the confirmation. Unfortunately did the host not coorporate in a way to a solution, so the only thing we could do was to contact the agent. We will never go to this place again, the host is very unfriendly. We ended up to another place, If you want a nice holiday, then make another choice than this place, we cannot recommend place, even though it look nice in the advertise

Dear guest, on our announcement, was wrote the possibility to book from 4 to 12 people, you can not think to pay for 4 people and have all the apartments for 12 people. For 4 people is 1 apartment with 2 rooms, for 12 people are 3 apartments with 3 debrooms and sofà beds. We think you didn't understand our announcement (we change it and now is possible to book only for 12 people paying for 12), but you can't blame us. We are not unfriendly, we had not possibility to give you 3 apartments with a rate for 4 people, and we where full. But is important to write, that we give you the possibility to leave without any penalty, so you have not lost anything while the apartment remained empty for us.
