Room was very clean and updated throughout with very nice kitchen and fully stocked. Host was very attentive. Pools were nice although hot tub area is getting new flooring updates that’s was looking really great and almost finished. Our room had a jacuzzi tub so not all bad. .beautiful unit at a great price at a nice resort. Looking forward to coming back, thanks for sharing

Our host, Cheri was so helpful and understanding. When I emailed her to ask questions prior to stay and during stay, she immediately responded. The amenities located here are wonderful especially the lazy river. The property is over the top clean and staff are very friendly. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean, comfortable furniture, kitchen was well stocked and had everything one could need. This was our first time staying here, but we will make Phoenix at the Bay our vacation spot here in OB, AL and I hope we can get the same room.

Love Phoenix on the Bay! The lazy river is the main reason I stay and it is the best...and this time we had a treat enjoying the company of a Blue Heron! This unit was very nice and clean. My questions were answered very quickly. It was close to the parking area. Everything was in working order. No complaints. Enjoyed it!
