Spacious, beautifully decorated, Non-Smoking condo has every amenity for your vacationing pleasure. Breathtaking Gulf-front views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony, and master suite. At night, lay in your king size bed, enjoy the starlight, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins cruise by and the palm trees sway from your third floor balcony. When you`re ready for the beach, no long hikes are necessary because you are right on the beach. We also have another unit available right next door if you need two condos.

Convenience is key. This 1200 square foot condo is right across the street from three supermarkets, restaurants, discount stores, video rental store, and new upscale shopping (see our map for great dining and entertainment suggestions). Minutes away from more great shopping and wonderful restaurants. So out dated , furniture in living room was a hodgepodge, all beds slept great good. Need to replace toliet in both bathrooms so short, and outdoor balcony was gross with 100 year old pvc chairs, green cushions were gross. Would not stay there ever

I didn't see a host while there if that is the question. Some of the furniture was in poor condition, mostly in the master bedroom, the drawer would fall our when pulled out. Several lite bulb were missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The owner reached out immediately once we booked and after check out. We liked the smaller condo with easy in and easy out of the parking lot and the condo. No waiting for elevator even though we used the stairs a lot. Easy walk to the beach and to the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. No nonsense.

Amenities were not good. Very old space and furniture. The couch and the porch chairs were so old and uncomfortable they were almost unusable. Broken picture frames, cabinetry, dresser, blinds, the space desperately needs to be updated. But it looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1980’s so I don’t think it’ll happen.
Saving grace is ease to get to beach!
