A modern two bedroom two bathroom house. Sleeps four but an extra sleeper could be provided for a child. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Great dining area with a fantastic living room. Large outdoor terrace with a view over lake Thingvallavatn. Half-an-hours drive from Reykjavik with easy access routes to the south such as the Golden circle etc. Just about 10 kilometres from Thingvellir national park, fantastic location.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt im Golden Circle

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön: geschmackvoll, komfortabel und mit herrlichem Blick auf den See, den wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen haben. Mitten im Golden Circle gelegen, kann man von hier aus viel erkunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Es war eine tolle Zeit, wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es war ein gelebter Traum! Weiße Weihnachten, knisterndes Kaminfeuer und prickelden Champagner!

Wirklich seeehr schön! Wir feierten dort mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern gemütliche Weihnachten! Der Blick auf die verschneite Landschaft und den nahen See waren echt super! Auch konnten wir morgens unsere jüngere Tochter von hier aus problemlos in 20min zur Tauchbasis im Nationalpark bringen und auch der Geisir, der Wasserfall und ein Supermarkt waren gut erreichbar! Unser Vermieter hatte alles liebevoll vorbereitet, sogar ein kleiner buntleuchtender Weihnachstbaum stand am Fenster! Vielen herzlichen Dank! Unser nächster Traum ist, noch einmal irgendwann zur Sommersonnenwende wieder zukommen und die tolle Terrasse zu genießen!

Beautiful house at Skalabrekka

Beautifull, cosy and fully equiped house. Through the big windows of the house you have a fantastic view on the lake!

The best location you can imagine. Close to Reykjavik, The Golden Circle and the south of Iceland. Travelling to the west of Iceland is also very accessible.
