Appartement gebucht und in Wäschekammer und Zelt geschlafen

Als wir nach 12 Stunden Fahrtzeit in Palazzolo dello Stella ankamen, sagte man uns, dass Sie nichts von unserer Appartementbuchung wissen und kein Appartement mehr haben. In der ersten Nacht mussten wir dann in einem 50 km entfernten Hotel (Doppelzimmer und Wäschekammer) schlafen, anschließend quartierte man uns für die weiteren Tage in ein Ferienzelt ein. Wir hatten schon vor der Reise bei fewo-direkt gebucht und bezahlt, Reklamationen wurden nicht bearbeitet.
