Luxury Beach Front two beedroom apartment

Apartment in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, in a complex located on the seafront and with direct access to the beach. It has a pool, solarium and large common areas. The environment surrounding the pool, has a magnificent garden with large palm grove that gives shade to the gardens. Two swimming pools; one for adults and one for children.

In our balcony-terrace, a few meters from the sea, you will enjoy extraordinary views where you can recreate with the wonderful sunrises. You have a table with sun loungers to eat. Mexican hanging chairs and bamboo hammocks!

The living room has a sofa, 55 "TV (Smart TV) and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, kettles, coffee, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Two large bedrooms, with a double bed of 2m x 1.5m, high-end visco-elastic mattress, and air conditioning.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Equipped with towels.
The apartment is very well connected, has a bus / taxi stop very close, several restaurants and small supermarkets nearby.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnungsübergabe war unkompliziert und Judit sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir noch weitere Handtücher benötigten wurden am nächsten Tag welche gebracht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und überschaubar. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Dazu war die Wohnanlage verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings war die Parkplatzsituation nicht optimal. Man muss in der Umgebung manchmal suchen, besonders abends. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great apartment in a lovely complex.

The apartment was perfect and the host accommodating and quick to respond. As it was out of season many of the bars & restaurants were closed so had to walk or get a taxi to find a little variety. We were quite happy with this as we wanted a quiet few days in the sun - would definitely go back

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Apartment

Das Apartment ist sauber und hat alles was man benötigt & auch ein bisschen mehr. Es ist sehr stielvoll eingerichtet sodass man sich gleich wohl fühlt! Mit Meerblick Frühstücken ist ein großes Plus. Das Apartment ist Teil einer kleinen Ferienanlage mit Pool und direktem Strand Zugang. Der Strand ist relativ steinig aber sonst sehr schön. Und hat ein wenig die Infrastruktur gefehlt. fussläufig nur wenige besondere Restaurant, im Nachbarort (5min Autofahrt) jedoch umsomehr. Der Check in war wunderbar und judit hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war stets gut erreichbar! Vielen Dank :)
