The house is located on the Jonica Salentina coast a few steps from the sea, reachable on foot in just two minutes.
The beach in front is sandy with light rocky stretches very beautiful to explore with diving equipment.
The villa is surrounded by the green Ulivi and Pini which shade the veranda making it relaxing and usable at all hours of the day. Comfortable the spacious barbecue available for guests, the large parking is very convenient

The accommodation
Small villa 80 meters from the sea on the Ionian-Salentine coast, about 1km from San Pietro in Bevagna and 3km from Campomarino di Maruggio, in the Marquis area (Municipality of Manduria) in the heart of the Salento area near the free beach (both sand and rock) to which can be accessed easily on foot in 2 minutes, facilitated access also for the disabled thanks to a wooden walkway built in the dunes.
The house is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of which is a triple with a double bed + a single bed, the other with a double bed and a cradle), a living / entry area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a bidet, a kitchen equipped with gas stove and microwave oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
In the house there is a hairdryer and an iron, a washing machine, an electric oven and fans; upon request, bathroom linen, sheets and pillowcases.
The house is situated in its own grounds, completely fenced and with large verandas and an olive grove; ample parking facilities, large outdoor masonry barbecue for DIY barbecues, equipped with comfortable outdoor showers.
Possibility to accommodate pets.
It is rented from May 1st to October 31st according to availability.
