The property is located in the popular coastal resort of Porto Cesareo less than a 5-minute walk from the local beach and a 10 - 15-minute walk from the beautiful marine-protected Spiaggia di Porto Cesareo known for its pristine beauty, white sands, shallow waters and vibrant marine life.

The Porticciolo di Porto Cesareo is a 20-minute walk / 4-minute drive. From here visitors can reach Isola dei Conigli (Rabbit Island), a small, unspoiled island just offshore, great for boat trips, snorkelling and birdwatching.

History buffs can explore the Torre Cesarea, a historic 16th-century tower a 20-minute walk / 5-minute drive away, or head inland to the medieval town Oria known for its 13th-century Castle (a 35-minute drive), which offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
