About this property

Bruna: Beautiful house with private pool located in a quiet area

Very nice and cozy house with private pool. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, between Riells beach and Cala Montgó beach. And just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), the living room with access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has two bedrooms with a double bed in each and a bathroom with shower.

In total in the house can sleep 6 people: in three double beds

The accommodation has air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, washer-dryer and also Wi-Fi service included in the price. Cleaning, bed linen, towels and items for the stay are also included.

You can park for free in front of the house.

This accommodation only accepts families.



Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday directly at the accommodation. To enter on Sunday, holidays or after hours, contact the agency. The key collection location: at the accommodation. Before arrival, the contract will be signed online, a security deposit will be paid by card (€300) and all remaining payments. The deposit will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11,90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Der beste Urlaub in L'Escala!!!

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen! Ruhig gelegen und sauber! Die Besitzerin ist eine nette Dame, die bei der Schlüsselübergabe einen alles gut erklärt und die Villa sehr schön eingerichtet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Nichts )

magnifique séjour

Maison hyper agréable, propreté irréprochable, totalement rénovée et mobilier neuf, climatisation fort appréciable, jolie décoration intérieure. Propriétaire très réactifs et sympathiques. Seul petit bémol : manque de bols, tasses pour le petit déj et de mobilier déjeuner dans l'arrière cours pour profiter de l'ombre

Espectacular

Casa Bruna lo tiene todo. Es preciosa, con todo lo que necesitas. Tiene todos los detalles i lo necesario para pasar unos dias en familia. La unica pega es que no hay lavavajillas, pero es que no cabe. Pero tiene lavadora y secadora nuevas. Está super limpio. K3homes es, como siempre, una apuesta segura. Gracias Dejar solo 2 rollos de papel higienico me parece poco. Deberian dejar almenos 1 rollo por persona y semana. El resto inmejorable.

Casa familiar con todas las Comodidades, muy limpia y la Atención de las chicas excelente, muy atentas. La piscina genial para disfrutarla y la casa perfecta para dos familias. Las hormigas, salen muchas pero con los productos que nos dieron Se fueron por completo, se terminó el problema!

Villa confortable et agréable, bien située près de la plage de Cala Montgo

Villa refate à neuf, propre et agréable. Jolie piscine, belle terrasse l'équipement de la cuisine: pas de bols ni tasses à café (juste une...), manque de saladier. Pas de chaines de télévision françaises, pas de Wifi (très gênant)
