Located in the south side neighbourhood of the Zona Romantica and overlooking Los Muertos Beach. Enjoy the incredible views of famous Banderas Bay and sunsets from the private terrace. A five minute walk from the front security gates takes you directly to the popular, Los Muertos Beach and oceanfront bars and restaurants.

Condo has a large King size bedrooms and a large open living room with a beautiful view of ocean. and city view.

The neighborhood is easy to access however it is a few minutes walk to the south part of Old Town. This removes you a bit from the bustle of downtown but with the advantage of being right there. And the views are so spectacular from this neighborhood. There is a wonderful mix of locals and tourists here and you get a better feel for being in Mexico than in a more exclusive area such as an all inclusive resort.

When you are not in the condo, you'll find town and beach just moments away - and on foot. Check out our location on the map and you'll find that the famous Los Muertos Beach, the brand new Pier, seaside restaurants and the world famous Malecon is easily with walking distance.

A car is not needed here as you can walk to the entire downtown and beach. The condo is located on the side of a hill which is what gives those fabulous views, and though it's only a 5 minute walk to town or beach, you will get a bit of a cardio workout. Anytime you don't feel like walking, however, taxis are literally everywhere and from anywhere in downtown, it's less than $5 to the condo. If you choose to rent a car, the building has private, on-site parking and the access is easy.

About 50 yards from the building's main entrance is a bus stop. For about 50 US cents, you can take a bus down to the Botanical Gardens, Mismaloya (made famous by the filming of Night of the Iguana and by Liz Taylor and Richard Burton's torrid Puerto Vallarta affair) and to Boca de Tomatlan, where you catch the water taxis to the secluded, bohemian beach village of Yelapa.

This charming condo was perfect for our quick stop in PV, close to everything we wanted.

This condo was as pictured, very comfortable with everything that we needed. As we were only staying a few days we did not utilize the kitchen much but it appeared to be well appointed. Dixon always responded very quickly & the property manager Jose was extremely helpful as well. Close to great restaurants & amenities it is a great choice in PV. Thanks Dixon!

Awesome location and great view.....

The studio unit had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable and patio had a great view for cocktail hour. The building was very secure and we felt safe being there. Super close to everything you wanted in P.V. The unit was very modern and extremely clean. Anything that we needed the owner took care of it immediately. The property manager on site, Jose was very helpful as well. We would definitely book this unit again. C & K

Great location - but there are stairs!

The accommodation was perfect if you want to be close to the Zona Romantica, but away from things. However there are over 78 internal stairs down to the apartment and there are 3 routes to the beach. All of these either mean more stairs or steep hills. The apartment sadly gets no sunlight and as a result it can be musty and smell a bit damp. Opening the doors helps this but it's a pity there was no sun. The arrival and departure process was great and he was very attentive.

Don’t loose your key

The property is located down three flights of stairs so it’s pretty daunting. Once you get inside. It has a great view and in an older traditional unit with access off the highway above town. Don’t loose your key. I took the key to the gym and somehow lost it. The owner went ballistic. After 3 days of messages back and I had to tell him to stop harassing me, that I am I am on vacation getting text messages about an undeniable lost key somewhere in the streets of Puerto Vallarta. If you like the prospect of being interrogated about property damage this is the place for you. A lost key gets 3 days of texting and harassment snd this was in my personal iPhone messages app. I finally told him to use the VRBO app to communicate, the lost key was an accident and to stop harassing me. He should state up front that it’s $80 for a lost key and leave out the recriminations.

Decent Studio Unit

This is a decent older unit in a condo complex on a hillside. It was clean and completely functional and the owner and agents were excellent. Please note the unit is about 3 flights of stairs down from entrance level and so may not be appropiate for all people. There is a city/ partial restricted ocean view from the patio. It is a studio unit appropiate for 2 people. I liked it. However its not like a modern condo complex. There is a small well maintained pool on the complex one level up.

Well setup studio

The place is really well designed and furnished. Very comfortable bed. The unique slider opens up the whole studio to the outside. Wonderful views. Lots of steps but if you don’t go up then you wouldn’t have the great views. Jose Luis-is always available. When my wife’s purse was stolen at a restaurant he met us at 10:30 at nite to give us spare keys

Great place!

This is a very clean and comfortable condo within a few minutes walking time to Los Muertos beach. The owner is very attentive as well as Jose Luis, the local manager. Very good view of the ocean but quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it.

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dixon's condo. First class amenities with an outstanding terrace view. Everyone was very helpful and professional in all interactions. Christmas Vacation

We choose this condo due to the lovely views from the patio and close proximity to the old town area and Muertos Beach. The condo was a beautiful mix of "old world" Mexico with updated kitchen, complete with dishwasher and all the amenities. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable we have had in Mexico in over 25 stays in many cities. Dixon, the owner, was quick to answer questions and provided excellent maps and details prior to our stay. Jose, the property manager, was easy to reach and also helpful. The condo complex was small and quiet, and we only saw 3 other people during our week stay. The condo is accessed by a set of stairs that ends on Amapas Street and ends on highway 200, which is what the front of the condo faces. Although the highway is loud, you could not hear the noise from the bottom level condo, with the ocean facing patio/balcony. You can also access the town by walking a stretch of the highway, which then leads into several side streets that "dump" you right into all the action of old town. For those who are not active, or stairs would hamper, this condo would be difficult to access without a taxi, but for those who enjoy the adventure of seeing things on foot, this is a great location. The unit had AC, but we never needed it, just slept with the glass pocket patio door open with the ceiling fan on. Just a note, the hot water heater is small, so short showers are a must.

Great getaway in old town Puerto Vallarta

This spacious studio apartment perched above above a green belt, overlooking the town and ocean to the north and west, is a wonderful spot to relax and take in the vibes of the town. Settled down the hillside, it avoids the busy roadway noise of higher units, but still has great views. There are several ways to walk to town and beach (just minutes away), but all involve stairs or steep walkways (we appreciated this bit of exercise). The owner has renovated the unit very simply and tastefully, in keeping with the Mexican style. The small kitchen has all that is needed for limited cooking. The large shower was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the angled balcony, always in shade (= cool) for soaking in the sights and sounds of this special place.

Wonderful View

Nice size condo and seemed to be nicely appointed although we didn’t cook. We loved the Mexican charm. Beautiful view from the nice terrace, we had or coffee here every morning. To get into town or the beach you either go up the road a short block then down the stairs or down the path along the road past the OXXO to town. We love PV and will return.

Wonderfull

My husband and I enjoyed a great time at this studio condo. Very quiet and a short walk away from great restaurants and music venues. It is perfect for two and offers a quiet pool and the condo has adequate cooking facilities. The view from the terrace is breathtaking from early morning coffee to afternoon cocktails. There are steps to take to get to the condo. We will check this condo for availablity for our future trips

Thanks for the review. To clarify the hot water pilot was shut off by accident but guest didnt let me know until she checked out during her 2 nights stay in Easter weekend. We always make sure there is hot water for our guests. Thank you for your stay!

Very Nice!

The condo had a beautiful view and a quaint Mexican feel. Nicely updated - we were quite comfortable there. A short walk to the heart of old town and the romantic zone. Close enough to the beach. If you are looking for something that “is not” an all inclusive resort then this is a nice option. Property manager was available and helpful. We will stay again and would encourage friends. If you are at all mobility challenged there are a number of stairs to get down to the property and back up again when you are leaving.
