The house is independent, completely fenced, equipped with an automatic gate, parking and surrounded by a large garden. The house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, offers a living room with TV and sofa, dining area with kitchen, two comfortable and cozy bedrooms, well furnished and two bathrooms.
It is equipped with all modern comforts such as TV and heating for stays at any time of the year. The large garden surrounding the house is protected by a hedge and has a private swimming pool (4x8 m depth 1.40 m) open from May to October and a wooden gazebo furnished with a table and chairs. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun beds and parasol and a brickwork barbecue.
