wonderful terraces

We loved the location being a more local environment with access to major bus lines to get you into the city center in 15 minutes. Grocery store across the street and many restaurants, coffee bar and Gelateria on Enrico Dunant - only 8 minutes walk. The terraces were perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I would stay again!

-Ausstattung gut, alles (und mehr) vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht -genügend Geschirr für Spülmaschine -2 Terrassen mit Ausblick ins Umland, nicht in die Altstadt -gute Verbindung durch Bus 8 in die Altstadt (z.Z. statt Tram) und Bahnhof Trastevere -Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe -nochmals Danke an Louisa, es hat alles gepasst!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Ce logement est parfait à tous points de vues ( situation, équipement cuisine, chambre, salle de bain et surtout terrasse ) Le plus, c'est la décoration loin des standards d'hôtel. Bref, on peut dire qu'il a une âme... Parfait pour visiter Rome. 😉

Tolle Terrassen, zentrale in Monteverde

Kommunikation mit Luisa war sehr gut, freundliche Begrüssung, die Dachterrassen sind der Hammer, toller Blick auf Rom und Umland. Wenn man verstanden hat, dass es 2 Treppenaufgänge gibt, findet man die Wohnung sofort. Ab der 5. Stufe (zum Glück) ein Aufzug. Direkt am Haus fährt die Tram 8 bis Piz.Venezia und natürlich direkt nach Trastevere. Sehr praktisch auch der Supermarkt der Wohnung gegenüber. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Sensationell sind die Pflanzen auf der Dachterrasse, übrigens: ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse. Klappbett und Bett fanden wir bequem. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
