Enjoyed our stay. Loved going to the bar next door for our morning coffee everyday. The apartment is so close to the Spanish Steps. We had a quiet peaceful stay.
We loved our stay here. The terraces made our trip to Rome extra special. We were able to cook meals and eat outside and rest from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

No vineyard. Our host was very kind to let us stay a day before for our audience with Pope Leo. Thank you! I don’t like to complain. No hot water to shower. Maybe a bit over room temperature. Needs new toilet seat and new furniture. Heavy rain one night resulted in water seeping onto the kitchen floor. Spectacular view. It was an adventure.
We had a lovely journey, Roma is such a wonderful place to visit. Central location of the flat which made it easy to visit the center of Roma by foot or Metro. Nice flat, very luminous, well equiped, and lovely terrace.

Great location and the best view from the roof in Rome. The elevator is an antique and charming and the neighborhood cafe for a morning cappuccino is great. The apartment could use some sprucing up and a deep cleaning would help as well.
Perfect location to explore Rome by foot. Everything is walking distance as long as a mile doesn’t scare you. Best way to see the city is on the roof top patio. Host was gracious and met us coming and going. Perfect for two people getting away.

The location of this apartment was perfect. Walking distance to mist of the must see attractions as well as shopping and dining. The apartment isn’t huge but has everything you need including two AMAZING outdoor spaces. The views were beautiful! The building itself is in a cute neighbourhood with a great cafe next door. I highly recommend the cafe with great coffee, cappuccinos, pastries and staff. The building has the cutest little bird cage elevator I’ve ever seen. We were greated by the property manager and his son. They were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful apartment.
The location made the heart of the city readily accessible by foot or metro. Spagna and Baberini metro stops were close by, but most places are accessible by walking. Tons of great restaurants nearby. Just a ten-minute walk to the Tigre grocery store. The property manager was friendly and responsive and helped us avoid a few logistical pitfalls. The apartment had everything we needed for a week+ stay with ease. On top of that, the apartment's decks have an outstanding view of the city. The place was a comfortable home away from home in Rome. Highly recommended.

Very nice place but it has major damp problem
The place smells very strongly of a mould smell which the property manager refused to admit. He was also completely unreachable until checkin, and we wait at 6pm over 1.5 hours outside for him to show up and let us in. He had forgotten that he had a booking.
This is a great place to stay in Rome. Walkable to the Spanish Steps and has a lovely balcony. The only reason I did not give the check in higher rating is the property manger asked me for cash after arrival for City taxes. We had to call VRBO and speak with an agent who confirmed I had paid in full as no where did it mention City taxes. The property manager was very nice. Also the housekeeper did not have the laundry she needed ready so has to return to make the beds so the apartment was not available until 6pm.
Other than the initial slow start, great place and superb nice host!
It’s small but suitable for a visit that isn’t extended. Great views of the city from two terraces. The elevator is tiny but it works! Handy cafe next door-claims to offerr room service but we didn’t try. Great restaurants near bye too. Tricky to unload on the street since there’s little to no street parking but there is a parking garage not too far. Silvio was handy and spoke decent English. Kitchen was very small, wouldn’t want to prepare a big meal but handy for quick snacks or warmups. Be prepared for an old building, but with modern utilities. Decent bed. Shower is ok but has an odd floor. AC worked fine.
Beautiful Views for Family of 4, Including 2 Young Kids
This apartment was perfect for 2.5 days for my family of 4 (wife, myself, 8yo, 7yo). It was in a great location right down the street from historical locations (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon), as well as the metro to get everywhere else. There are a few small convenience stores around it, a grocery store right down the street, and many restaurants and gelaterias in the area. Also, check out Lembos cafe next door...they're great people!
The inside is small, but was plenty of space for the 4 of us. It has a seating area outside with a table (great for breakfast/dinner), but also an upper level spacious terrace with an AMAZING view of the whole city. We watched the sunset out there each night, saw St. Peter's, the president's house, and even saw the presidential helicopter land there 1 day. It is on the 6th floor of the building, which requires using the small lift to get up, but was never an issue for us. 1 piece of advice is to give the front door key a shimmy when you unlock, which was a little tricky at first, but Silvio was there to help immediately!
We had an awesome stay here. Definitely book it!
