Spacious and bright apartment composed of 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), large living room, kitchen and dining kitchen. The apartment also has a large terrace on the sea side where you can dine on summer evenings.
Ideal for families with children and groups of friends. The house is 100 meters from the sea, in one of the most beautiful stretches of Follonica beach, in front of the Ultima Spiaggia, Eden and Marula Beach bathing establishments. It is located in an area with all services and is 10 minutes walk from the center. No need for the car to move around.

Rundum sehr zufrieden

Wir waren positiv sehr überrascht über die Ferienwohnung. Tolle große, helle und gemütliche Wohnung. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr schnell und positiv. Sehr entgegenkommend. Wir empfehlen sehr gerne diese Unterkunft weiter. Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Sonnenschirme inkl. Liegen sind ganz bequem am Strand buchbar. Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen & 2 Kindern vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Massimiliano 🙏

Ferienwohnung in einem schmutzigen Hochaus

Das Objekt liegt im 2 Stock eines schmutzigen Hochhauses. Niemand will dort Urlaub machen! Die Bilder und Aussagen auf der Seite hier sind leider täuschend. Man sieht leider erst vor Ort, was man da gemietet hat. Wir haben gleich am nächsten Tag dort ausgecheckt und uns etwas anderes gesucht.
