In the beautiful Pratoranieri area in Follonica we offer a single house on the ground floor with a small garden in front and a veranda with table for outdoor dining, there are two bedrooms with double bed with another two-seater bed in a passage space between two rooms, bathroom with shower, washing machine and kitchen, located a stone's throw from the sea and the city center, easily reachable on foot from the promenade, almost all of the pedestrian and cycle path which comes alive in the evening with attractions, stalls and many ice cream parlors for the sweet tooth

Nichts zu aushalten,ohne sprey und zimmer RAID kann mann nicht schlafen und garten volle Moskitos!!!Haustierfreundlich ja aber nachbarn haben beschwerde (?)Nachbarn haben auch hunde soger große! Wir waren jeden tag am hunde Strand, morgens bis abends.... nur zum schlafen hin .steckdosen anders!!!! Würde nicht weiterempfehlen!!! Mfg.

Oasi di tranquillità vicina alla spiaggia!

Abbiamo passato due settimane con i tre figli all'appartamento di Anna. Anna è gentilissima e ci ha accolto benissimo. L'appartamento è vicino alla spiaggia e il giardinetto è un'oasi in cui riposarsi prima e dopo il mare e le visite al lungomare di Follonica. Siamo stati molto bene. L'appartamento è ideale per famiglie. C'è da dire che se ricercate un appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo non vi troverete benissimo. Per noi era perfetto. Solo le zanzare in giardino non ci sono piaciute, ma quelle ci sono anche in altri posti.

Ruhige Lage und nahe am Meer

Praktische Garten mit sonnige und schattige Sitzmöglichkeit worüber sich unsere Hund auch sehr freute. Müken Sprays sehr notwendig. Die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas veraltet, die Küche ist klein, aber mann findet alles was man braucht. Der Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert, da die Gegend weitläufig ist. Der Strand mit feinem Sand ist super für lange Spaziergänge.
