Perfect location in town!
Birky's on Butler is the ideal spot for a stay in Saugatuck if you want to be in walking distance of everything the town has to offer yet it's at the quieter end of Butler for when you are relaxing at the property. Believe it or not, the K-zoo River is only a short block from the house in 2 different directions. The home is perfectly sized for 2 couples or a small family (perhaps not recommended for very young children due to the steep staircase leading up to the bedrooms). There is a nicely sized yard (w/grill and table) for outdoor games and relaxation. It is clearly a multi-generational family home that has been lovingly cared for over the years. Eric has thought of everything when equipping the house including a generous selection of beach items in case you forgot or were unable to transport anything to Saugatuck. Overall highly recommended for the perfect getaway!

Saugatuck
We have visited Saugatuck many times , this home is on the Main Street a few blocks from the center of town ( great location ) . The steep stairs going up to the second floor bedrooms are difficult to navigate , especially with luggage in hand .

Great home, Great Location
This historic home in Saugatuck was perfect for my family of six. So close to town, with a great outdoor space. The owner was fantastic as I had sent a few messages to him and he responded within minutes! The house also includes those little extra things you appreciate, like beach towels, tupperware for packing food, yard games, etc. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Saugatuck to stay here! We'll be back!!
