The famous Golden Mile is just 400 meters away, while the Hospiten hospital, with 24-hour multilingual care, is only a 10-minute walk away.

An apartment with all amenities

Situated on the ground floor, next to the solarium of the heated swimming pool, the flat has been designed to offer maximum comfort.

Living-Dining Room: Spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable double sofa bed, a practical table with matching chairs, flat screen TV with national and international channels and free WiFi throughout the flat.

American kitchen: Fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with separate freezer and kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils for your stay.

Bedroom: Cosy and functional, it has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, safe and a large mirror, as well as direct access to the outdoor terrace.

Bathroom:Completely refurbished, it has a large shower and a window to the outside, which guarantees excellent ventilation.

lovely appartment

was a bit of hassle booking up paid for accomodation then asked for my bank details 2 days before leaving for any damage occurs but on the night someone got my details and had a spending spree a round tenerife not good

You have never mentioned before any fraudulent activity, and such a situation should be reported to your bank and the appropriate authorities. Had a wonderful week at this apartment in Parque Santiago 1. Lovely location but the sun never gets on the terrace, this was not an issue as we could escape the midday sun as the apartment was a few strides away from the poolside. Kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer. Washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful and detergent was supplied too. The beds were very comfy but I always take my own pillow.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beautiful it was situated right at the pool gate. The accommodation had everything needed for a two week stay.

Great place to stay! Nice appartement, clean and close to the pool. Very close to the beach and boulevard. WiFi was very good for working or streaming Netflix. Host had good communication and was very friendly. Good place to stay for holidays and work!
