3rd floor unit, done with a soft tropical touch. Adjacent to historic Prince Kuhio Park, with good ocean views, it's a walk across the street to ocean for snorkeling and surfing. Common sights include Sea Turtles, endangered Monk Seals, and Seasonal Whales. Nicely landscaped grounds with koi pond, swimming pool and barbecue & picnic area. This spacious unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer.

There are two sandy beaches across the street. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy, complete with picnic tables.

There is a nice variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area including The Beach House just across the road. Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town, Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula. You will also want to visit Spouting Horn and National Tropical Botanical Gardens about a mile down the road. Just minutes away are golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor, there are open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.

Close walk to watch sunset , also to take in live music and early happy hour at the Beach House restaurant. Able to do many days trips from this location. Definitely would stay here again!

It had a 1940's vintage vibe to it, there were always breezes from one direction or another. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was great to have right there. The art on the walls was lovely and I could have stayed in that bedroom with the King bed and the breeze blowing the curtains forever! So nice to have the Prince Kuhio Park next door because it gave you from the balcony expansive views of the countryside, and then the other direction was a great view of the ocean.The smell of orchids the first night we got there was otherworldly. The pool is very nice and all the vegetation around the pool and apartments is so colorful and beautiful.

The condo was well cared for and had many supplies we needed.This condo is on 3rd floor up several flights of stairs. (we go to the gym at home so did not have a problem, we are in our late seventies) The grounds are beautiful. Pool is wonderful. Definitely needed a floor fan on this visit. Having washer and dryer in condo is great. View is perfection. Nice to have a garage to park in. We highly recommend 318!!
